Let\u2019s Start With You<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m Brooke \u2014 a fitness coach, pilates instructor, and total wellness hype-woman. I moved to Sayulita in 2011 on a one-way ticket<\/em> with no plan, no Spanish, and absolutely no idea what I was doing. I had never even been to Mexico before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All I knew was that I wanted a new life.
Sayulita became the place where I rebuilt myself \u2014 and where I started helping other women do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than a decade later, I\u2019ve trained hundreds of women in this town, watched them transform their bodies and minds, and created a community that feels like family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Bodies by Brooke<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My work goes way beyond fitness. I don\u2019t just train women \u2014 I empower them.

My perfect Sayulita morning starts with a killer workout \u2014 early, sweaty, and full of energy.
After that, you\u2019ll usually find me on the beach at Sayulater Bar<\/strong>, sipping coconut water with lime over ice and swimming until sunset. It\u2019s my happy place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
