As good or maybe even better than the \u201cbest\u201d bakery artisan loaf I have ever bought! And sooo easy &#8211; only 4 ingredients that I always have in my kitchen. I challenge you to make this bread &#8211; even if you have never made bread before\u2026I promise, it will be fantastic. Make it and report back to me. You will be so impressed with yourself!<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">INGREDIENTS:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">425g organic white flour<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I encourage you to use a kitchen scale for the best results. I ordered mine <\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/ozeri.com\/kitchen-scales\/Ozeri-ZK14-S-Digital-Multifunction-Kitchen\/B004101GQC\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HERE<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. If you don&#8217;t have a kitchen scale, measure 3 &amp; \u2153\u00a0 cups + 1T of flour. Mega or La Comer always carries it.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 &amp; \u00be teaspoon salt\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 &amp; \u00bd cup warm water <em>(<\/em><\/span><em>heat to the temperature you would use to give a baby a bath!)\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">INSTRUCTIONS:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1) MIX THE DOUGH.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix the above ingredients together in a large bowl. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The dough will look quite shaggy and loose. This is the way it is supposed to look!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2) LET THE DOUGH RISE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap &amp; LET RISE for 18-24 hours. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I usually prepare this in the morning and let it sit OVERNIGHT on the counter. If the dough feels sticky and loose, add extra flour. It will be extremely HOT. Lift the edges of the parchment paper to gently transfer the dough ball on the parchment paper to the hot Dutch oven. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>6) CAREFULLY REMOVE THE HOT LID &amp; BAKE <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8230;for an additional 25-30 minutes until bread is as golden and as crispy as you would like it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>7) REMOVE BREAD FROM OVEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carefully lift up the parchment paper to transfer your bread to a wire rack to cool <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at least 30 minutes. An hour is better. I love the unsalted butter in Mexico.
