Shops have opened up in Victoria &amp; many other cities specializing in just this. The internet has many different recipes, and I found the most beautifully presented and the best-tasting poke that I have ever had! Ahi tuna stacks! Sounds intriguing, doesn\u2019t it!!!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I decided to share this recipe with you because it is simple to prepare and all the ingredients are easy to buy in or near Sayulita!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS etc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>First of all, you need a ring mold. I bought mine at a kitchen shop, but you can also make the molds from an aluminum can that has both ends removed. Try to find cans that are not too tall. If it is out of season they also sell it frozen. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cup diced red onion (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em> I personally do not like raw onion so I leave it out<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img width=\"2016\" height=\"1512\" data-public-id=\"\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/res.cloudinary.com\/sayulitalife\/images\/w_2016,h_1512,c_scale\/w_1920\/f_auto,q_auto\/v1637173443\/wordpress_assets\/IMG_5121-rotated\/IMG_5121-rotated.?_i=AA\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-post-5101 wp-image-5103\" data-format=\"jpg\" data-transformations=\"w_1920\/f_auto,q_auto\" data-version=\"1637173443\" data-seo=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Marinade for Tuna :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/4 cup soya sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>I prefer to use low sodium sauce<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 teaspoon rice vinegar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon toasted sesame oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Spicy Mayo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/4 cup mayonnaise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2-4 teaspoons sriracha sauce..start with a smaller amount and then taste and adjust sriracha<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A squeeze of fresh lemon juice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>1. In \u00a0a bowl whisk the ingredients of the marinade together <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>2. Add in the cubed tuna, stir to coat the tuna, and let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>3. Add the mayo sauce to a small Ziploc bag, and cut off a teeny tiny tip of one bottom corner <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>8.
