It was so much better than I thought it would be. I just have to share it with you today! It is very easy to make if you carefully follow my directions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 &amp; \u00bd \u2013 2 pounds ground beef<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p> <em>I usually buy my fresh ground beef at one of our Carnicerias here in Sayulita.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd cup finely grated parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd cup finely ground pork rinds\u2026chicharrones in Espa\u00f1ol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon garlic powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em> I love to buy my spices from Sana Spices. They are always so fresh. Oksana has a shop next door to our Friday Mercado.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fresh spinach with stems removed.<em> <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Gustavo and Rosie sell lovely organic spinach at the Friday market.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 &amp; \u00bd cups grated cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>I always use Manchego de Cabra which I buy at La Comer. It comes in a big round. Spread the fresh spinach leaves on top of the meat, leaving a \u00bd\u201d at top of the rectangle. This makes it easier to roll.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>5. Roll up meatloaf tightly.
