They can now acquire a residential home, covering up to 40% of the property value, regardless of their immigration status (temporary, permanent or without residence), for terms of 1 to up to 25 years, in US Dollars, with a variable interest rate (according to the credit profile and market conditions) and without prepayment penalties.<\/p>\n
