Behind Tr\u00f3pikos is The Blue Shrimp Group<\/strong>, a family-owned restaurant group with more than 25 years of experience and seven restaurants across Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit. Tr\u00f3pikos is the sister restaurant of Si Se\u00f1or Sayulita, but the new beach club is the brainchild of two brothers within the group who paired their fresh, youthful vision with the company’s deep hospitality roots. The brand has been in development since 2024, and even the iconic star logo carries meaning \u2014 each point represents a different element of the Tr\u00f3pikos experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
