It will take place on November 7th on the rooftop of the Sayulinda Hotel in Sayulita, in collaboration with El Bar del Patr\u00f3n. The festival will bring together 8 to 10 participants in a culinary competition, whose dishes will be judged by renowned chefs from the region. In addition to the tasting, the event will offer drinks, raffles, souvenirs, DJ music, and spaces for local brands, creating a complete experience for both national and international attendees.<\/p>\n<p>The project seeks to promote the consumption of Mexican products, support emerging brands, and create a space for cultural and tourist interaction. Each participant will have a workstation, support with supplies, promotion, and the opportunity to sell their dishes during the event.
