What a lovely spot! The view is just phenomenal, and the sun is shining all day on the balcony. Quick front of the beach access, in front of the main surf break of Punta Mita! The unit is spotlessly clean and everything was working as it should. Thanks, Brian for the clear and prompt communication response, well appreciated!
