Abraham and Felipe were born and raised in South America. Abraham in Lima, Perú, and Felipe in Quito, Ecuador. Both finished high school in their countries and went to USA to go to college. They met in Las Vegas 35 years ago. Both graduated in Hotel and Restaurant Management at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. They moved to San Diego, CA where they started their hotel management career, Felipe working at one of the most prestigious hotels in the country, and Abraham as General Manager of a long-stay suites hotel. After a few years, they decided to change courses in life. Abraham started working for a company as an executive and helped his company grow to become publicly traded in New York. Felipe decided to go back to school to study Interior Design and started his own design business which was very successful and a lot of fun. In 2009, they left USA and move to Lima, Perú. There, they invested in a few rental properties, realizing that with Abraham´s keen business experience, and Felipe´s interior design, they could turn these properties into a very successful business. But stress was the boss in their lives. To escape from it, they visited Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, every year, since the mid 90´s. And every year, they became more attached to this wonderful piece of heaven on earth. They bought a small condo in the Zona Romántica, the quaintest part of town, and every year, they enjoyed the Mexican culture and people, until one day, they decided that they did not want to go back home anymore! They traded their stressful lives and Armani suits for a calmer, peaceful life, full of sun, quiet barefoot walks on the beach, yoga in the middle of the day and amazing sunsets. So, in July 2016, they moved to Mexico permantely! They sold their homes in Lima and in Puerto Vallarta, packed all their belongings and started to look for a place to call home again. And this is where Sundaram was born.
