In addition to strength, pilates, and bootcamp classes, Shanti is an XPT Master Coach for Laird Hamilton (big wave surfer) and Gabby Reece. She coaches very unique Water Workouts where you will challenge your mind and body, but with minimal impact on the joints! **Messege to book a session!
About Shanti: With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Shanti is passionate about educating and inspiring others to create their own healthy lives. She has extensive training in corrective exercise and functional movement but also knows how to create fun training environments for her students and guests. Where will you train in Sayulita? Indoors, outdoors, one-on-one, in studios, bootcamps, and corporate wellness programs. Shanti believes that true fitness is measured by more than just how many reps you can do in the gym. As a personal trainer, watching her clients build strength in body and mind is as good as it gets.
Group Classes: Fun, Functional, Purpose Driven. With such a large variety of Sayulita group classes, you are sure to find one that suits you. Shanti believes that to feel balanced in body and mind, you need to mix it up and train to move in all planes of motion. All group classes in Sayulita are 200 peso drop-in.
