In addition to strength, pilates, and bootcamp classes, Shanti is an XPT Master Coach for Laird Hamilton (big wave surfer) and Gabby Reece. She coaches very unique Water Workouts where you will challenge your mind and body, but with minimal impact on the joints!  **Messege to book a session! 

About Shanti: With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Shanti is  passionate about educating and inspiring others to create their own healthy lives. She has extensive training in corrective exercise and functional movement but also knows how to create fun training environments for her students and guests. Where will you train in Sayulita? Indoors, outdoors, one-on-one, in studios, bootcamps, and corporate wellness programs. Shanti believes that true fitness is measured by more than just how many reps you can do in the gym. As a personal trainer, watching her clients build strength in body and mind is as good as it gets. 

Group Classes: Fun, Functional, Purpose Driven. With such a large variety of Sayulita group classes, you are sure to find one that suits you. Shanti believes that to feel balanced in body and mind, you need to mix it up and train to move in all planes of motion. All group classes in Sayulita are 200 peso drop-in.

Great work out on a beautiful beach
It's important to get some exercise while on vacation. Shanti's classes are perfect. My wife and I did the boot camp and kick boxing work outs on our recent stay in Sayulita. Both were great; leaving tired yet refreshed, and feeling we earned the remainder of the day on the beach! Shanti is bad ass!

Do yourself an important favour
This can improve your life. Health and fitness are great rewards for a little effort. Three hours a week with fun people in a beautiful place is the best way to achieve this. I can't say enough about this wonderful program. I wish I had started 50 years ago! Shanti is a true professional.

Amazing workout in paradise!
Loved working out on the beach with Shanti during our recent vacation to Sayulita. Best way to start the day- with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Bodyshots Boxing. I would highly recommend any workout or program run by Sweat Play Live. Shanti is super knowledgeable about all aspects of training so I feel secure and safe yet always challenged!

Love. Love. Love.
I can honestly say that when I'm back in Canada for the Summer I miss Shanti's class more than anything else in Sayulita. There is no better way to start your day than at the beach with Shanti. If you haven't tried her workouts at Muertos you absolutely must. I had injured myself playing soccer, tennis, and surfing the year before I met Shanti. I felt like my body was falling apart. After a few seasons with Shanti I'm feeling great and injury free.

The best workout in town!
Shanti's fitness classes are truly amazing. I have been on a quest for a class that is truly physically challenging and have finally found it here in Sayulita! Her HIT, boxing, and circuit classes can't be beat. She also teaches great yoga classes. Her expertise in physical training and fitness is evident. She also creates a very dynamic workout that never gets dull. We are so lucky to have her. Thank you Shanti- you rock!

Awesome Motivator!!!
Shanti is the most awesome motivator I have ever met! She pushes me and every body else in the class to our limits. I never did TRX, Medicine balls or Boxing before and wasn’t comfortable doing these workouts on my own. Meeting with Shanti 3 times a week for last few months, I have lost 9 pounds and am starting to see definition in my arms and chest. I’m so happy and my stress level is way, way down. I don’t see this positive life change happening without the motivation and confidence Shanti gives me at every class.

Awesome workouts on the beach with the BEST instructor
Shanti's bootcamp classes (every Monday & Friday) and boxing class (every Wednesday) are the best. She's an awesome, patient, caring and highly experienced instructor who works you HARD ... but in a great way! And as a bonus, the beach setting couldn't be prettier. Super complete training!
My friends and I started taking personal lesson with shanti 3 months ago and we are really happy! She made a special training schedule according to our necessities.
