Casa Tabasco at Monte Rosa in Sayulita is a beautiful, new 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in the gorgeous Monte Rosa complex of only 20 units, located on the coveted North End of Sayulita, just across the street from quiet North Beach. It is within easy walking distance of the north-side restaurants, and only 10 minutes walk to the main square and Main Beach. This beautiful home has high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of light and ocea view. It is beautifully decorated with bold, bright colors in a festive mix of modern and traditional Mexican style.
Casa Tabasco is one of only two top-floor units in the newly finished building 3, the highest in the complex, and now has the largest private roof deck in the complex (since others have chosen to build extra bedrooms on theirs), in additon to a private terrace on the living level, offering amazing ocean views (you can see two beaches) and refreshing tropical breezes. We are also in the canopy of a beautiful, huge higuera blanca tree, which gives us a unique variety of full sun, dappled shade, and full shade on our roof-top patio, and offers a jungle feeling the other units do not have. Watch the tropical birds and the lizards. You may even see an iguana!
Casa Tabasco also offers a large roof-top kitchen and bar with a top-of-the-line gas grill for cooking your fresh catch, a sink, a mini-refrigerator with freezer, a blender, and bar seating under the shaded pergola for serving up refreshing drinks when you prefer not to dine out in the wonderful Sayulita restaurants. The roof deck also boasts a half-bath so you never need to go downstairs, and fun festive lighting. In addition to the wonderful upstairs kitchen that offers a traditional and lively Mexican feel, the kitchen on the main living level is more modern with a waterfall granite island and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range) a coffee maker, and hot & cold purified water.
We also offer a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, free WiFi, NETFLIX, and a safe for your valuables. The main open-concept living area / dining area / kitchen has remote controlled inverter air conditioning to keep you cool and keep the humidity under control, in addition to ceiling fans. The bedrooms have the same. There are even ceiling fans on the terrace. You need not worry about the heat at Casa Tabasco. There is also a safe in the master bedroom large enough for a laptop, and a SmartTV with NETFLIX service provided. The decor is colorful and lively and is a mix of modern and traditional, and all of the art pieces are from local sources.
The complex itself is gated for security, and offers a salt water, infinity edge swimming pool with amazing views of Sayulita Bay. There is even a grass tennis court. There is a parking space inside the gate for your rented electric golf cart with an energy station, and a parking space for your gas-powered vehicle (car or quad) as well. We know you will love your vacation at Casa Tabasco.
