My husband and I had been planning our wedding in Sayulita for about 1-year and didn't need a wedding planner because of how helpful and thorough La Terrazola was for us. Othon and Raquel were our contacts and they helped us manage all the details from the US in advance via email and helped us with various recommendations to create the wedding of our dreams. It was exactly what we wanted and we cannot thank them enough! The food, service and atmosphere were fantastic! Thank you, La Terrazola!!!

We just got back from Sayulita where we had our wedding on April 29, 2017. The wedding was set on the beach in front of La Terrazola and I could have never imagined it coming together more perfectly!! For the price we paid for the event (very affordable compared to everywhere else), I had not expected all the things that Raquel and her husband Angel took care of. I can not imagine a more perfect setting to celebrate with our friends and family.

Raquel, Angel and all of La Terrazola's staff went above and beyond, as it's clear they do for all their guests. What a fabulous and beautiful place. I cannot express my gratitude and happiness for how beautiful and well it went and for the care and consideration Raquel has had throughout this whole process. I am overjoyed.

I highly recommend this venue (set right on the beach, at the less busy side) and these wonderful people to help with any event you may be celebrating.

We watched a large wedding at an expensive venue close to La Terrazola on the night before ours...although it was gorgeous I would have mine at La Terrazola if I could do it over a hundred more times...I wish I could...it was perfect.

Over the last year I was in contact with Raquel through email planning our sons and future daughter in laws welcoming party at La Terrazola in Sayulita, Mexico.
They both wanted to have this instead of the rehearsal party since so many people across the USA were coming to their wedding in Sayulita.
What a great way to meet everyone earlier in the week before the wedding! And the bride to be and groom could spend quality time with everyone too.
My problem was how do I plan for all this while me being in the Portland Oregon area and Sayulita being in Mexico. Then they connected with Raquel of La Terrazola . The venue is located on Sayulita's beach that provides just what we wanted. I was worried, but trusted my son and future daughter in laws advice. WOW, I was so pleased with everything La Terrazola did for us and not to mention there were no problems with anything! Raquel, THANK YOU!
The staff, atmosphere, food, drinks, décor and the incredible sunset was awesome! Angel was there for anything we needed and kept his eye out for things to run smoothly.
I wanted to share this for anyone thinking of using La Terrazola for a party. GO FOR IT! We all are happy we did!

Loved the bonfire and Adirondack chairs!! Great place!! Also, the owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to all my emails and requests. Highly recommend!!!

We had my daughter's wedding welcome party and rehearsal dinner at La Terrazola in March 2017, and it was amazing. Raquel assisted with the planning and did a fabulous job. Everything was set up beautifully when we arrived and the service and food were excellent ! We are so thankful to Raquel and the staff at La Terrazola for providing such a wonderful dinner and party. Hands down, you must consider La Terrazola for your wedding guests. We hosted a beach party for our friends and family on Friday afternoon, and everyone loved it. The cucumber jalapeño margaritas were a hit, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything flawless. We could not have been happier with the day and with La Terrazola! And, they made the remote coordination flawless.

I cannot possibly say enough OUTSTANDING things about our experience with La Terrazola for our wedding in March, 2016. Raquel was beyond helpful in the months leading up to our big day. Everything was communicated through e-mail and she was so professional, thorough, knowledgeable and accommodating. We did not have a very big budget for our 40 person wedding, but she somehow made everything come together in such a perfect, beautiful way without very few additional fees. The setting is gorgeous and provides so many options for photos. We had our ceremony right on the beach next to the restaurant and they provided a stunning arbor, flowers, seats, sound system and refreshments for our guests. It is was perfect to move seamlessly from the ceremony into cocktails and appetizers (with an affordable and well-stocked open bar) on the beach. The food was delicious and we received many positive comments from our guests (especially the guacamole and shrimp ceviche). They provided us with a large selection of options to choose from for planning the wedding dinner. The bonfire pit, the ocean and the sunset provided plenty of entertainment for our guests, but Raquel seamlessly helped us hire and communicate with an exceptional local Reggae band as well. Fresh churros made on site were an absolute hit with our guests. Experience of a lifetime. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you SO much for everything!
