The Sweet Life Sayulita by Kante Villas is a place to enjoy the peaceful serenity in one of the most popular communities on the North side of Sayulita. Pájaro de Fuego is a Community set 5 min away from Sayulita's downtown and just 2 minutes from Sayulita's North Beach. The Sweet Life Sayulita by Kante Villas offers convenient access to all the Community's amenities including numerous quality restaurants, art galleries, and shops.
Exclusive to the community are the 2 largest pools in town, a large palapa to enjoy a nice breakfast in the new Community's restaurant and seating areas, along with the rooftop terrace with breathtaking ocean views.

Cleaning fee: USD $90 per stay
·100% REFUND: Rental fee is 100% refundable to guests with (4) months written notice prior to the Arrival Date.
·50% REFUND: Rental Fee is 50% refundable to the guest upon Kante Villas receive from Guests written notice of
termination of the Agreement between four (4) months and no later than three (3) months prior to the Arrival Date
·0% REFUND: Rental Fee are NOT refundable to Guest upon Kante Villas when the notice of termination of the
Agreement is communicated less than three (3) months prior to the Arrival Date, when it is NOT communicated at all (No Show), or for Holidays rentals.
One night Security Deposit (100% refundable in case there are no damages at the end of the rental)
The place, in addition to having the best location, being close to the beach and cafes that you can walk to, makes you want to spend time resting inside because of its view, low noise, and decoration.
