Las Tres Casitas at T+kipa Punta Sayulita is a spectacular jungle retreat just seconds from one of Sayulita's most stunning beaches in the exclusive gated community of Punta Sayulita. Enjoy access to Punta Sayulita's Oceanfront Beach Club consisting of a delicious restaurant, expansive infinity pools, a jacuzzi, a private beach, and a fitness center.
Las Tres Casitas are original, 200-year-old cabins imported from Michoacan (known as Trojes) and perfectly perched overlooking the ocean. The sounds of the surrounding jungle, the shade of the trees, and the waves crashing on the shore make Las Trojes the perfect place to take a break and connect with nature.
The property consists of three wood cabins, Casitas 2 & 3 are one-bedroom and Casita 1 is 2 bedrooms. Each casita is spacious and bright and comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay including two king-size beds, a kitchenette, a living room, two bathrooms, and a pool.
Las Casitas is a very versatile rental and great for groups traveling together. Rent just one of the cabins or up to all three for four bedrooms in total.

Low season: from 15 April to 15 November
High season: from November 16 to April 14
Holidays: Thanksgiving (5 days minimum), Christmas (4 days minimum), New years eve (7 days minimum)
1) Cancellations must be made in the same way that the reservation was made, with a minimum of 30 days in advance.
2) Your reservation deposit is non-refundable, it can be used on another date (not exceeding 12 months from the cancellation) when the clients decide, as long as the property is available for rent.
3) In cancellations less than 30 days, from the date of entry, the deposit will not be refundable, and will not be possible to reschedule visits.
