Recently got back from a week at Casa Rosada in Sayulita, and all I can say is Wow, when can we go back? This place redefines beachfront luxury with a cool design forward twist. The first thing that hits you is this epic view of the ocean right from the immense wood door - talk about making an unforgettable entrance!
Each of the five bedrooms is a masterwork - unique vibes, outdoor tubs, private gardens, the works. You get this sweet mix of exotic luxury with a super cozy feel. Slept deeper than I have in years! And the staff? Absolutely top-notch. They've got the service sixth sense to predict exactly what you need,...whether it’s the perfect house cocktail or the most on-point dish whipped up by their genius on-site chef. I’ve had the privilege of sampling many 5-star spots globally, and I'm honestly rarely super impressed. Casa Rosada set the bar for me of what perfect luxury feels like.
Location-wise, it's spot on. Sayulita is this cute, buzzing town, safe and packed with cool shops and eateries. Plus, the house compound itself is a playground. We’re talking surfing, rooftop yoga with killer ocean views - it's a blast. Gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub...ample travertine covered patio for your parties that gives off an old hollywood money vibe. You'll want to host friends (old or new) for a party! Big shoutout for their water treatment, power, and internet system across the property – as geek about these things, I appreciate how much they invested in high-end infrastructure... It’s these thoughtful touches that set Casa Rosada apart over and over.
In summary, Casa Rosada isn’t just a stay; it’s a whole experience. Perfect combo of luxury, culture, and top-tier service. Sure, it’s a little splurge, but for an experience this unique and lavish, you've probably done something to deserve it.

The ultimate vacation house in Sayulita! There's no other house like this one 20/10 !

Casa Rosada’s accommodations, service, food and experience were unparalleled to any place I’ve ever been. It made for a beautiful, relaxing and effortless vacation. Everything from housekeeping, to the signature Casa Rosada drink, to bringing beach chairs to the water, to transportation was so perfectly carried out. No detail was forgotten and it made you feel special. We loved being in the jungle and directly next to down. The local shops and great restaurants added to the authentic experience. Can’t wait to get back!

Casa Rosada was the perfect vacation home rental for our group of friends this October! From the magical design, to the wonderful staff, and all of the offerings of the town of Sayulita - our trip could not have been more memorable! The house has four beautiful and uniquely designed bedrooms, perfect for a group of friends or a family. There is also a downstairs "flex" room that can be turned into a king or two twin bedroom, however our group chose to use it as a lounge area, perfect for a little quite moment!
The house is located directly on the beautiful Sayulita beach. It was the perfect combination of having direct beach access while also having the nightly security service that made us feel safe during after-hours. The amazing staff could not have been more attentive, helpful, fun and kind during our stay. From helping us arrange dinners and activities, to ensuring the house was meticulously cleaned as if we had just arrived - they could not have been more wonderful! Casa Rosada is truly a special and unique place and we will cherish our stay and memories there forever.
One of the things the home offers that made our trip so relaxing the moment we got there was their amazing host Maru, who was able to arrange a variety of activities for our group throughout our stay - planned prior to our arrival. Below is a breakdown of our trip:

DAY 1: Arrival that began with our amazing driver who picked us up at the airport and brought us safely to Casa Rosada. Upon arrival we were greeted with festive welcome drinks and yummy apps followed by a relaxing day pool-side. For dinner we drove the house golf carts into town for a wonderful dinner at Tukari (Maru's recommendation).
DAY 2: We kicked off our day with morning rooftop yoga at the house followed by a beautiful breakfast. While part of the group relaxed by the pool the ladies went back up to the roof for massages - amazing! Cocktails and lunch were had by the pool and for dinner we went back into town for the best Thai dinner we've had in a while - Achara (a must!).
DAY 3: Our last day began with an early morning surf lesson followed by another wonderful breakfast. Later in the day we had a mezcal and tequila tasting and to wrap up the wonderful trip Maru helped us arrange a special dinner with a chef cooking a yummy Mexican cuisine to end the trip!

We stayed here in March with my friends and their families. I cannot say enough about how amazing this place was, but this is a review so I'll try (-: Location: This is in a secluded section of Sayulita right on the beach and a short golf cart ride from downtown Sayulita (or walk). You nearly have the beach to yourself no waking up to get a spot, it's nearly a private beach. However if you want more people, vendors or noise, you can simple walk down the beach a 1/2 mile and join the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The View: normally this would just be in location, but check out their site, CasaRosadaSayulita, and you will understand. To be honest we were looking at a few other homes in the area, but this is what sold us and it does not disappoint. Watch the sun set from the pool or couch or dinner table or bed room. It's right on the beach, an unobstructed view of beauty. The Staff: As soon as you arrive you are met with the friendliest staff that make you feel welcome. They were so happy to help us in anyway from, clearing, cooking, making reservations, and even provided suggestions on many of the offered excursions. We loved the Tequila tasting and 4-wheeling tour. The House: When you enter you will feel like you are stepping into architecture digest house of the year. All the rooms feel like a master bedroom with full bathrooms. The house was very clean and the staff kept up with our mess kids. Safety: Being from the US we have had concerns with traveling to Mexico as there are a lot of negative publicity. We felt safe the entire time, and they even have night security. The town is full of scooters and golf carts, we walked around with kids and felt safe even at night. There are bands, night markets, and street vendors all happy to see you. It's a beautiful town and culture there. It's not a big city with all inclusive resorts, it's a small Mexican town that thrives on tourism and everyone is friendly.

This place is beyond words and truly the most beautiful environment/house/property I have ever seen! My entire stay was absolutely amazing and everyone working at the villa made the experience so much better. My family and I had such a great experience, and were lucky to be surrounded by the most welcoming, generous and friendly people. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Truly THE BEST!!!

A handful of years ago, I was introduced to Sayulita by a dear friend and cousin. It was the perfect location for remote work during the pandemic, and the extended time allowed me to truly explore what this community has to offer. The hip surf town is just a short drive north of PVR airport, nestled between the crashing waves of the Pacific and the lush Nayarit mountains. Great restaurants, nightlife and endless activities. As a Chicago native, Sayulita has become my annual winter escape.
Enter Casa Rosada, which leverages the best of what this location has to offer for a truly unforgettable experience.
Photos can only attempt to capture the incredible design magic. The warm rose walls, colorful textiles, floral arrangements, artistic murals -- all perfectly complement the jaw dropping view of the ocean. Every room has a special characteristic. From the outdoor shower and balcony bathtub to the atrium view and art room ladder -- it will be hard to pick your favorite.
Staff is incredible. House host Maru helped book our rooftop massages, surf lessons, spiritual yoga and more. She also gave us a tour of the house, calling out her favorite spots like the secret shaded daybed by the outdoor jacuzzi. Our bartender Boro welcomed us with the house paloma which I could've consumed all weekend if it weren't for his perfectly crafted carajillos.
Housekeeping provides turndown service at the end of every day, and laundry service upon request - simply drop your clothes into the basket and fill out the card with directions. You also have access to a variety of local chefs who prepare mouthwatering plates. Marlin burritos by the pool. Mahi mahi al pastor on pineapple purée devoured on the rooftop at sunset.
To say that I am in love with this home is an understatement. Best trip ever and and I'll be counting the days until I return. I promise you, it will exceed all expectations.

Literally on the beach with all the amenities! The service was over the top and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful! We would take gold carts to the square and do dinner! Could be my favorite trip we ever took!

Casa Rosada was the perfect retreat for a group getaway! Before we even arrived, we had a full itinerary with transportation, group activities, reservations, and more all set up for our stay. To take the planning and logistic piece out of the vacation planning, already felt like a vacation! When we arrived, the team was awaiting to greet us and take us on a tour of the home - with our Casa Rosada cocktail, of course ;) Each room was better than the next - truly an oasis for each couple so there was no fights as to who had the best room. They were all so unique and beautiful.
Next the staff, they went above and beyond to make our trip an unforgettable one. Maru and team were so attentive making sure we had breakfast every morning, plenty of cocktails and treats throughout the day, and a clean room to come up to always (something I always appreciate). Huge perk for this property as well - we had private security at night. Sayulita is incredibly safe but the fact we had someone monitoring the house, was an added bonus!
Sayulita was the perfect weekend escape and allowed us to really relax and enjoy the culture. Our group loved our time in town just as much as our time at the house (although we did love racing back). The restaurants, bars/nightlife, coffee shops and shopping were a perfect mix of Sayulita.
