We will be back!

The stay was awesome! We had 4 adults and 3 small children. The balcony spaces were fantastic, everything was clean. It was close enough to walk anywhere and also private. We really enjoyed it!

Just Perfect!

We loved staying up on the hillside. The sound of the birds in the morning from both covered patios was just heavenly. The evenings were also quiet and peaceful despite the fact that we were in Sayulita during the busiest party time. We rented a golf cart based on the recommendation which was really fun. The walk to and from the house is totally fine, but the golf cart just adds another element of joy to the whole experience. We would definitely stay here again.

A stylish but very cozy place ... Always hot water, the breathtaking views and very easy access when we left Sayulita ... whenever we called with the hosts, they were on the lookout . I would highly recommend it...

Perfect Distance From Town

Location, location, location. A newer condo overlooking the hills around Sayulita. It makes an amazing sunrise viewing from the bedroom patio. It’s located near the top of a hill about 5 minutes from central Sayulita. Very clean with great AC, fully functional kitchen and big bathrooms. great beds, fans and AC in each bedroom. I would definitely recommend Kevin’s place!!

Clean and comfortable!

I loved my stay at Kevin's because of the beautiful architecture of the building, which is a collection of attached apartments built down a hill. The interiors were also stunning,
spacious and sophisticated with a restrained color palette.
It felt safe and comfortable and I recommend a stay here!

Such a wonderful place

Kevin's place is a great deal considering the square footage, feeling of being new, ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms (with an additional half-bath off the living room), king-sized beds and an extra full-sized bed in the hall, just in case it's needed. His place is modern and clean, quiet and private, and one of a handful of apartments in the complex located in the foothills of Sayulita. We appreciated the restful space and the designated parking for a car or golf cart. Though I didn't end of bringing my dog, I rented it because it is dog-friendly, just in case. When we asked for a late check-out, we were given an extra two hours which was helpful in aligning with our return transportation to the airpport. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

The best place to stay in Sayulita!

My partner and I stayed at this property for a month and it was absolutely fantastic! It's even better in person, as the photos can't properly capture the airy high ceilings, beautiful natural light flooding the living room, nor the truly spectacular views of the town and northern hillsides. The cobblestoned neighborhood is nicely removed from the noisy tow square and feels a little like the Hollywood Hills; while there were times we could have used a golf cart - when lugging bags of ice home, for example - we had no qualms about walking to and from town a few times a day, every day, among those hills. Working with Ashley and Ben was great - Ben was especially helpful, as he was right in Sayulita and ensured we were clear on all basic house operations, cleaning staff organization, and even hand-delivered some cooking supplies when we mentioned we might need some. Everything here is roomy and comfortable (the beds, the showers, the 2-person sinks!) and the wifi was rock solid. HIGHLY recommend!

What an amazing place. Gorgeous and modern with an amazing view of the valley. A bit of a hike of course up gringo hill but nothing unmanageable. 3 bathrooms , 2 decks and tvs in every room. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re travelling to sayulita!
