Sayulita Preserve is an extraordinary new residential community in the making located on the south side of town where Calle Revolucion meets the Punta Mita Highway. Sayulita Preserve is a development of 198 units on over 26 acres of land. Half of the units are single story, single family detached homes. The rest are townhomes and casitas on two floors. Average single family lot sizes will be 350 square meters.

Then add an environmentally sensitive community plan, modern infrastructure, beautiful architecture, security and 26 acres of private terrain to the mix. Sayulita Preserve will include 198 affordable two- and three-bedroom homes meandering through a magnificent jungle setting, just a short stroll from town and the breathtaking beach and surf.
The name Sayulita Preserve is a reference to the use of just 28% of the allowable density along with certain “green” features of the project. For example, Sayulita Preserve was designed to be sustainable using its own water well and water treatment plant along with underground utilities. Residents will also be offered a 2kw solar system option. The property features approximately 2,000 native trees and the developer plans to plant 3000 more.
Amenities include restaurants, market and other retail services, wellness center (where residents can see a doctor), spa, fitness center, pool, clubhouse and two tennis courts. There will also be a mile of walking trails and onsite security.
