The name Sayulita Preserve is a reference to the use of just 28% of the allowable density along with certain “green” features of the project. Residents will also be offered a 2kw solar system option. The property features approximately 2,000 native trees and the developer plans to plant 3000 more.
Amenities include restaurants, market and other retail services, wellness center (where residents can see a doctor), spa, fitness center, pool, clubhouse and two tennis courts. There will also be a mile of walking trails and onsite security.
