Casa del Arbol (TreeHouse) is ideal for those with a Romantic spirit. Located on a hill only a 7 minute walk south from the plaza, on a little dirt road, Casa del Arbol feels like you're close enough to the plaza, restaurants and beaches yet feels fully present in Nature. The kitchen/dining/living area with only half walls opens up to the view of trees and sky - and the upper terrace, nestled into a big old tree, has beautiful views of the north beach and ocean.
The upper terrace is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing in the lounge chairs (2 of them), or Barbequing up some fresh camarones.
There are two very secure, locking bedrooms with a Queen-sized bed each that communicate through a single bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The kitchen with bar and stools is equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm if you so desire.
We've added a comfortable day bed with pillows to the dining area so you have a cozy place to lounge and read...
Please note that to get to Casa del Arbol you have to walk up about 30 stairs. It's on a hill (as the view indicates)...
Sheets are changed once a week for guests staying more than 1 week. Drinking water is provided.

RENTAL RATES
High Season: US$500/week
Low Season: US$300/week
High Season is from October 15th to April 30th.
Low season monthly rate is: US$800/month and doesn't include maid, bottled water or doing your laundry.
Low season monthly rate if you stay 3 or more months is: US$500/month and doesn't include maid, bottled water or doing your laundry.
If you wish to have maid service once per week, bottled water supplied and laundry done once a week please add US$250/month.
A word about Low Season: it is hot here, yes, during July, August and September, but the benefits are many....fewer people, the hills are lusciously green, the roads are less dusty, the rain is dramatic and refreshing and usually only at night after 9 p.m. and the flashes of lightning are frequent and spectacular. Come and experience something different!
50% deposit upon booking, balance due two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation policy - full refund less $100 cancelation fee IF the house can be re-rented.
