My boyfriend and I found ourselves extremely lucky to stay here! The open air concept of the house was amazing it was the longest time we have spent outside coming from our apartment! The views overlooking the beach were beautiful and waking up everyday to hearing the waves was a special treat!!

The colorful grand palapa was perfect. Enjoying that first cup of coffee while watching surfers catch the edge (old school), while frigates soared above the fishermen preparing for their day. There, a glimpse of an iguana feeding in a tree. Oh, not to forget the midnight visit by Sr. Coati. Maria was especially welcoming, friendly, and attentive. My home in Mexico will differently be Palapita Evelyne. Hasta luego.

Everything was exceptional, the attention from Maria and her sister was awesome, the view of this place is out of control, totally worth it!!

Tamra and Theo’s vacation rental was absolutely incredible! The view, open air living, location, and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean were all perfection! Tamra, Theo, and Maria were all very organized, kind, and responsive. Maria even checked in to see if we wanted a cleaning and fresh towels during our stay. It was so peaceful to start the day watching the surfers and the beach come to life from the patio. The location to town is fantastic and what a treat to just walk down the steps and be on the beach! Another plus is that you’re also a short and fun walk away to Playa De Los Muertos which is beautiful and chill! I 100 % recommend staying here and would absolutely love to book this spot again!

We loved this place. Amazing patio. Tons of space for 2 people. Close to town. Lots of calming sounds at night. We will be back!

Amazing home with spectacular views, the pictures do not do this place justice.. rooms are huge, main living room , kitchen and dining area had such amazing views we will definitely be back! The staff was on it and Maria is the best!!!!!

Sitting on the terrace/living room (all connected it’s open air) watching the beach/surfers was the epitome of relaxation. Morning coffee with sunrise=bliss . Being this close to all the nightlife one would think it was noisy, but it was the surf crashing on the shore that put us asleep, barely heard any other sound. All of the usual amenities,including WiFi and maid service,were beyond perfect! A fantastic stay all around!

I highly recommend staying in Casa Bougainvillea! The house itself is amazing and the pictures do not do it justice. My family (8) had all space we needed - both public and private. It is well maintained and extremely functional. The staff is impeccable! Very discrete and accommodating! Because we rented the entire space, we were treated to breakfast every morning. The food was delicious! We also used their services for our New Year's Eve dinner and we were extremely pleased. Both the town and the beach are very close, and although the road up to the villa and the stairway to the beach are both steep, we enjoyed the exercise!!”

My husband and I have stayed at Papalita Evelyn four times and have never been disappointed! The openness, closeness to the beach and to downtown make it a wonderful getaway. Maria the manager is always willing to help with whatever you need. Theo and Tamra couldn’t Be more helpful and accommodating. When we go to Sayulita, Papilta Evelyn is our favorite place to stay.

We had 10 adults for a week at Casa Bougainvillea and we had an amazing time. You never know how the pictures will compare in real life, but these were spot on. The views and private bedrooms/bathrooms were wonderful. Tamra and Theo were very helpful and great to work with on logistics and were very responsive. Maria and Erika made a wonderful breakfast for us every day (except Sunday). They cleaned the entire house every day, changed out towels and beach towel as needed. The guys caught some great fish and Maria and Erika cooked us a wonderful dinner. The fish was amazing and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. They went above and beyond to take care of us while we were there. The house is in a great location, quick walk to town down the road or you can take the stairs to and from the beach. The views are breathtaking!
