Casita Brissa is located on the tranquil north end of Sayulita. A 3 minute walk down a cobblestone road takes you to the beach, and a 10 minute walk will take you to town.
The new architecturally designed 1 bedroom casita has a deck, and is surrounded by beautiful private gardens, with the view and sounds of the ocean. It is air conditioned, has ceiling fans, and sliding screen doors for your sleeping comfort.
The casita has a comfortable king size bed with a pillow top mattress that has 100% high quality cotton sheets and linens. A small kitchen area provides you with all the necessary cooking staples and appliances you would need to prepare breakfast, casual meals, or to blend up delicious margaritas. In addition, the casita has a water purification system.
Casita Brissa is decorated in a casual, tropical, and tasteful style. Beautiful colors, handcrafted carpentry, stonework, local art, and artistic tile help create the ambience for a perfectly relaxed vacation.
A space for private parking is provided. Depending on your individual needs, there are numerous car rental agencies available (we use Gecko) or we can arrange for a roundtrip airport pick up along with a grocery stop.
Our English/Spanish speaking property manager will greet you and familiarize you with the casita. The property manager will be available during your entire stay for any assistance or services as needed.
Casita Brissa is private and sleeps 2 people. It can be rented with Casa Brissa which has two bedrooms.
No smoking or pets allowed on the premises.

RENTAL RATES
Maximum occupancy: 2 people
Weekly rental Sat.-Sat. (If casita is not rented we will have some flexibility so please ask)
3 night minimum stay
$125 USD/nt, $875/wk high season (November 1 – May 31)
$100 USD/nt, $700/wk summer
$150 USD/nt $1050/holiday
Holiday Rates apply
Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter
$200.00 security deposit refunded in full 2 weeks after departure
50% of the total rent due to secure reservation
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival along with security deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of reservation 90 days prior to arrival date
We will give total refund on rental less $100.00 USD transaction fee
After 90 days no refund unless property can be rented, if rented we will give total refund less $100.00 transaction fee.
