Located directly on the beach. Enjoy boogie boarding and surfing just steps out our private gate.  Or, take a Panga located in the harbor just steps away from our beach gate, and check out the many other close by surfing spots, fishing, go out to Marietas Island and snorkeling. This newly remodeled, well equipped, luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo enjoys gorgeous ocean and pool views with direct beach access. Enjoy the pristine, white sand beach plus all the amazing restaurants Punta De Mita has to offer which are just a short 5-minute walk from our condo.  The condo can accommodate 6 guests, 5 in bedrooms and 1 on the living room queen size pull out sofa bed or inflatable queen size mattress.  We supply boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bags and coolers for your convenience.

The complex is secure and gated, with direct beach access to the pristine sand beach. There is also a lovely private beach with shade palapas within the gates of the complex, just steps away from the beach. Enjoy the swimming pool and or the built in jaccuzzi next to the pool.  Cayo Loco is located on the second floor just one floor up from the pool/beach area and one floor down from the garage and entry way. Cayo Loco is a spacious 1750 square feet with an additional 250 square foot beachfront deck.

The living spaces are all air conditioned and also have ceiling fans in every room for your comfort. The condo has been newly furnished and decorated with guest comfort in mind. We have a 65" flat screen smart TV with a firestick. The new custom made sofa has a queen size pull out bed with mattress topper. There is indoor living and dining space, as well as outdoor dining and lounging furniture and private BBQ on the terrace.

The well equipped chef's kitchen is spacious and elegant should you choose to prepare meals at home, and has bar seating for breakfast or cocktails. The dining area includes a wine/beverage refrigerator for your convenience, and there is also cold, filtered water via the dispenser with complimentary 5 gallon refills, as well as purified tap in the kitchen island sink.

The master suite is air conditioned with a California King bed with top quality linens and a pillow top mattress. All the mattresses in the condo have a zippered mattress protector under the mattress protector.  Also, all pillows have a pillow protector under the pillow cases. There is a closet with a safe, ironing board, shelving, lots of hangers, dresser, and a flat screen TV.  The master bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.  

The guest bedroom has air conditioning, a queen size and a twin size bed, with top quality linens, a pillow top mattress.    Lots of storage space with a large closet and a dresser. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.  In both bathrooms you will also have a first aide kit, cotton balls, qtips, and a makeup mirror, and hair dryers.
