Buena Vista at Casa Colibri in Sayulita is located in a beautiful neighborhood, in a private and secure setting on the south side of Sayulita.
Buena Vista is our 2 bedroom casita. It is 1000 sq ft., with two bedrooms, both with comfy king size beds (can be converted to twins in one bedroom), A/C, large baths, large kitchen/living area, large terrace with ocean view/jungle views, dining for 6 and chaise lounge chairs, and bbq. The bedrooms and baths are on opposite ends of the casita to maximize privacy.
We have a housekeeper here 3 days a week to keep your casita fresh and tidy.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare anything from cocktails and appetizers at sunset to a gourmet meal. There is also a bbq on the pool deck where you can relax with a margarita, grill your catch of the day, and watch the sunset.
The property is beautifully landscaped with walkways and terraces winding through an assortment of exotic, fragrant, flowering, tropical plants and trees. There is always a gentle ocean breeze blowing through the windows and across the patios.
Buena Vista at Casa Colibri is situated on a quiet and charming cobblestoned street in a safe residential neighborhood. Our street, which is under a jungle canopy, welcomes visitors with birds chirping, iguanas resting in the trees, and neighbors walking their dogs. It is friendly and inviting. Beautiful flowers and tropical foliage abound. We are just south of town and an easy 5 minute walk to the central plaza and all the shops and restaurants, the main beach and surf break. We are also close to a stunning jungle trail that winds out to Playa los Muertos, a quieter, more remote swimming beach. It is truly an ideal location. Private and quiet yet close to all the action. Our property is walled and gated, and offers a secure, peaceful spot to retreat at the end of your day.

Deposits and refunds:
All reservations require a deposit of 50% in order to hold the reservation. The balance of the rental charge is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival date we will refund your money in full. After that we will refund your money if we can re-rent the casita.

Down to earth people, beautiful clean house, and comfortable vibe!
The house is close to town, yet quiet and peaceful with a great view of the ocean. Hosts are on site, and were very helpful with transportation needs, dinner suggestions, and things to do around the area.
The pool was perfect in the morning for a few refreshing laps and a cup of coffee,
and the afternoon brought out all the parrots and other beautiful birds flocking to the trees. It was wonderful.
We will absolutely book with Joan and Dave again.
We will be back and hope to come with extended family. Joan and Dave's place is the perfect place to be separate yet together and the spot can't be beat!
