RENTAL RATES
Our rental rates are divided into 4 Categories: Peak, High, Swing and Summer Periods. The rates for these periods are as follows:
The Peak Period - Christmas and New Year’s weeks, Thanksgiving, President’s week and Easter week.
Whole House - $5,000 US a week
The High Period runs from November 1 to April 30
Whole House - $4,000 US a week
The Swing Period runs May 1-31 and October 1-31
Whole House - $3,000 US a week
The Summer Period runs June 1 to September 30
Whole House - $2,500 US a week
Prices are all-inclusive - no taxes, additional fees
