A common walkway, shared by all the houses in the complex meets the beach just seconds from your door. There are built-in chairs in the yards, for watching sunsets and the beach.
The casa is fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchen, cd/radio, WiFi, books, and a maid coming every day except Sunday (included in the price). You'll also find built-in sofas which are comfy and sturdy enough to double as beds in a pinch, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven & stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, as well as a dining table and breakfast counter and a washer and dryer.
Copa de Oro has been significantly remodeled and expanded in Fall 2007! There are now two master suites, both with king beds and their own attached and private baths. One of the master suites has a small bed that is a great option for a young child. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed with a third bathroom just across the hall. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.
The house comfortably sleeps 7and may accommodate up to 8 if your group includes small children. The palapa has chairs and lounges and a pool just outside the door.
A quick walk to all Sayulita restaurants and shops.

Air conditioning!
In order to ensure your comfort during your stay we are one of the few houses now equipped with air conditioning! Air conditioning in Mexico during the summer time is a very good thing.
If Copa de Oro is unavailable for the dates you would like, we would be happy to refer you to other home owners in the association.
The house is for rent by the week, from 3pm on Saturday until noon the following Saturday (we need time to clean), though special arrival and departure days might be available at times, and might require an extra charge.
Reservation requires 50% of rent to save the week, full payment at least 2 months prior to stay. Cancellation Policy: Refund except $200 re-booking fee up to 3 months prior to stay, after that a refund if we re-rent.
Daily maid service (except Sundays and Mexican holidays) is included in the price,
though your US$18-US$20 tip to maid at week's end is customary.
