Casita Jorgito

George’s place is exactly as pictured. We stayed for a week in March and had everything we needed. We were very happy to be located in the cobbled streets of the quiet and residential North Side away from the busy town centre, but an easy 10-15 minute walk from the action (bars, restaurants, shops, etc.) George’s property is gorgeous and there is access to the beach just at the bottom of the hill. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee outside listening to the waves and watching the birds fly back and forth in the trees in front of the casita. We also ventured about 5 minutes in the opposite direction from the town centre to take the hiking trails through the jungle to access the more secluded Playa Las Cuevas and Playa Malpaso, which is worth doing!

George is really kind, friendly and responsive. We appreciated the extra touches like beach towels, bodyboard, beach chairs and umbrella.

Would definitely recommend staying at Casita Jorgito! :)

The casita is a clean, quiet, comfortable oasis just outside the bustling areas of Sayulita. Lush, beautiful view from inside. George is an excellent host, extremely responsive. The walk up the hill was no problem for us, but people with mobility issues or poor health (or who are very drunk) may have difficulty. Closer, dedicated parking would have been nice but not at all a deal breaker.

George’s casita is the perfect sanctuary for a long or short term stay! It is immaculately clean with 5 star hospitality/service. The apartment is modern with tasteful Mexican decor and George has thought of all the small details to ensure his guests are comfortable. It is a short 5 min walk to the beach and nestled on a small/walkable hill. You’ll wake up to the birds and go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean! It is so peaceful and calm, which is a rarity in Sayulita. Can’t rave enough about this place, it is by far the best place we’ve stayed in Sayulita! Highly recommend!

We arrived pretty late at night to casita jorgito, place in a location insanely beautiful, perfect, the owner greeted us with the biggest smile, he make us feel welcome showing us his place, having everything and more that we could it think of bringing but didn’t and glad that casita jorgito had more than basic essentials to make our stay super easy flowing, every detail put into decor in mind with Sayulita town colorful scent, talking about scent, I found incienso Wich make my stay to the extra at casa jorgito like at home waking up with my incienso full of peacefully mornings and ending my nights just with the right touch, overall our stay was like the place come from the movie El encanto, we were enchanted by our beautiful place at Casita Jorgito! 💕

This spot is great. Everything you need in a quiet neighborhood. On a hill with a pretty view. Owner is super responsive and helpful with recommendations. This was our second visit we liked it so much. Will be back.

Well appointed, clean, modern casita. Nice limited view of ocean and beautiful surrounding homes and jungle. Close to the uncrowded beach. Great location to hike to Playa Malpaso. Good access to restaurants and the french bakery on the north side. A bit of a hike going up the hill but a great workout. We enjoyed our time there.

Private apartment in lower level of an amazing home. Just outside of town and a quick walk to the beach. Very clean, quiet and peaceful area. The beach closest to the casita was clean and every time we went down there we had the beach pretty much to ourselves! We really loved the layout and style of the place as well as the host. They were very helpful with tips on where to eat and what to see as well as helping us arrange a ride to the airport.

This is a cozy little place to stay if you're heading to Sayulita. The hosts have added several thoughtful details to the casita to help make the place more comfortable- Toothpaste, coffee..... George was very helpful with arranging local guides when he wasn't able to directly help himself. We felt welcomed and really enjoyed our time here. The casita was quiet and comfortable and we would definitely recommend!

This property is truly spectacular and in the best part of Sayulita. We were so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful accommodations for our three nights in Sayulita. The property is in the quietest northern section of town with just a two minute walk to a stretch of beach that is so quiet and beautiful. The apartment is nearly brand new and has an amazing minimalist style and a breath-taking view. The shared infinity pool up stairs has one of the best views of the Sayulita bay in the entire town. Not to mention owners could not have been nicer and more accommodating, providing us with great tips on everything from what to do to where to eat. We will definitely be staying here again!
