Las Hamacas is a beautiful Sayulita beachfront complex consisting of six houses, located just north of center of Sayulita bay, with pure sandy beach in front. The location is considered by many the best in town, with a number of very good restaurants and stores within three blocks, a short flat six block walk to the plaza, yet far enough not to hear its noise. Dulcinea: Dulcinea (Sweetheart) is a beautiful new house, steps from the sand with unobstructed views of the bay, one of the six new houses which comprise the Las Hamacas complex. Dulcinea is a large house with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom, large living room, kitchen, and a large patio facing the ocean, about 75% palapa covered for shade, 25% open to sun. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refridge, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc.
Enamorada: Enamorada is a beautiful new house with broad view over the beach and ocean, one of the six new houses which comprise the Las Hamacas complex. Enamorada is a large two-story house with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom, large living room, kitchen, and two outdoor patios facing the ocean. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refridge, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc.
Casa Alegria: Casa Alegria is a large Sayulita two-story house with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom, large living room, kitchen, and two outdoor patios facing the ocean. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refridge, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Two bedrooms & baths are downstairs, along with a large patio off of the bedrooms. Upstairs is the third BR & bath, large kitchen, living room under a beautiful brick cupola ceiling, and large outside patio. The living room has large built-in sofas, as do the patios. The upper level bedroom has a king bed plus a twin sized window seat bed/sofa.
Pavo Real: Pavo Real (Peacock) is a beautiful new house. There is a large two-story house with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom, large living room, kitchen, and two outdoor patios facing the ocean. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refridge, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc.
Las Garcetas: Las Garcetas is a large two-story house with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom, large living room, kitchen, and two outdoor patios facing the ocean. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refridge, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Two bedrooms & baths are downstairs, along with a large patio off of the bedrooms. Upstairs is the third BR & bath, large kitchen, living room under very tall palapa roof, and large outside patio.
Each Sayulita house is different, with different inside color scheme and unique touches, yet all six share the high quality craftsmanship and carpentry, along with similar features. Each is a large house (3400 - 3600 sq ft including patios) having three bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own nicely appointed bathroom. Each house has a large fully furnished kitchen, with large refridge, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Each house is fully furnished with all linens, including both bath & beach towels.
The shared pool is good not only for play, but its length (about 50 feet) makes it good for laps as well. Enjoy the lawn chairs around the pool, and the yard & garden which meet the beach.
The complex is designed primarily for vacationing families, yet is a great location for multiple families to reside close to each other, or for groups such as wedding parties. When a group takes the entire complex, they enjoy use of the large outdoor (under a roof) kitchen and dining common area near the pool, a great place to center a party.
Daily maid service (except Sundays) is included, and each house has its own washer & dryer for your use. Hidden in a closet is a hotel-style safe (you set your own code) in which you can place your laptops, cash and other small valuables, just so you need not worry while you are out at the beach or otherwise enjoying Sayulita.
Serena: Serena is a beautiful new house, steps from the sand with unobstructed views of the bay in all directions, one of the six new houses which comprise the Las Hamacas complex. Serena boasts three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom, large living room, kitchen, and a large patio facing the ocean, about 65% palapa covered for shade, 35% open to sun. Serena also has an extra rooftop deck with views up and down the beach. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refridge, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc.
