This house is very secluded and away from all the noise of the village.... what is audible is the sound of the ocean, the jungle animals and the quiet.
The house consists of TWO units on THREE levels:
The MASTER UNIT, MAGIA 1:
On the top level, the Palapa Room is where the living, dining and the kitchen areas are located plus two amazing terraces. The kitchen is fully appointed for your preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For your convenience we have created a bathroom with a shower on this level.
A staircase will take you down to the next lower level. On this level you find
the very spacious Master Suite with its high ceilings and the master bathroom which open up to a spacious terrace.
Across the staircase on this same level there is the second bedroom.
Occupancy - 4 people with the additional bedroom or 2 people in the Master Unit
*** This set-up can also be rented with only the master bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
The GUEST UNIT, MAGIA 2:
One level lower, brings you to the GUEST UNIT. This is a magnificent extension of the MASTER UNIT and yet completely self contained on the lowest level of the house.
It consists of a very spacious bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, surrounded by terraces and a separate kitchen across from the staircase, with a sitting area on a spacious terrace. There is also a very large wood deck in front of the whole GUEST UNIT.
Occupancy - 2 people
***This set-up can be rented with the MASTER UNIT, MAGIA 1 or on its own.
Both UNITS have access to the most beautiful 40 foot-long pool in Sayulita with amazing views and a deck for sun bathing. The surroundings are lush with many palm trees, local fauna and colorful flowers.
The house enjoys the benefits of a whole-house water filtration system, there is no need to purchase bottled water and ice.

20% added for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year & Easter periods-This has been eliminated.
50% for confirmation of reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Credit Card information is required for security deposit
Rates are subject to change prior to confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of reservations 60 days prior to arrival date we will give total refund on rental less $200.00 USD transaction fee. After 60 days no refund unless property is re rented at an equal rate. If re rented, we will give a total refund less:
1. difference, if rented for less
2. $200.00 USD transaction fee.
