Casa Malinche at Monterosa in Sayulita is located in the quiet and private Monterosa complex on the sought after North side of town. Enjoy gorgeous, sweeping views of the ocean from the infinity pool. The complex is just steps from the Sayulita north beach and boasts the only tennis court in Sayulita (exclusively for its guests). Casa Malinche at Monterosa is a beautifully modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a beautiful ocean view. The condos at Monterosa are conveniently located on the north side of Sayulita just across the street from the beach.
The kitchen is the perfect combination of chic and rustic. A mixture of granite, concrete, and wood make this eating and cooking space one of a kind. With large windows and sliding doors that step onto the terrace, this room gets some of the best natural Sayulita light throughout the day. Included in the kitchen are upgraded appliances such as stove, dishwasher, and stainless steel fridge. Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need; including coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishes, utensils, etc. The water from the kitchen sink is filtered too.
The Sayulita condo has two bedrooms with ample room for a family of four, and can comfortably sleep three to four people. The master suite has a king bed and private bathroom. The second room has a queen bed. Each room has their own A/C unit, as does the living room. However you'll hardly need to use it with the amazing ocean breezes and ceiling fans disbursed throughout the unit (even on the terrace). Safe Casa Malinche accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms.
A four night minimum stay is required.
50% deposit due at the time of reservation with the balance paid thirty days prior to arrival.
Holiday Rates (1-week minimum): Thanksgiving, Christmas Break & New Years, and Spring Break/Easter
High Season: November 1st through June 30th.
Low Season: July 1st through October 31st.
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to stay. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior or arrival, the guests will receive a full refund if canceled within 48 hours of making the reservation and at least 14 days prior to the day of arrival. If cancellation falls outside of this timeframe, the guests receive a 50% refund if the reservation is canceled 7 days prior to arrival. If there are 7 days or less prior to arrival, there will not be any refund issued.

My only complaint would be no beach chairs to sit on beach down from complex! And the internet, tv would stop at the good part of a movie! It wasn’t so good on the porch either! But we didn’t need it it so much, we were on vacation!

The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The AC is perfection. The kitchen is well supplied. Beds are so comfortable with your choice of pillows.
Marusa was the best. She was very attentive the entire time. (We did have Hurricane Lidia threatening us.)Marusa made sure we had supplies that we needed and checked in on us. She was very responsive to any inquiries we made.
We would definitely recommend Casa Malinche to our friends and to anyone that wants a quiet, comfortable and relaxing place to stay! This is the place!
The nearby beach is wonderful with a hiking trail nearby that was easy to climb and very lush. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and don't forget to visit Chaman Creative Kitchen right down the street. Great food and fantastic service with a nice bar and patio.
Casa Malinche is a great place to stay if you want a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.
