Hotel Sayulita Central, located at Delfines 7, is the one and only bed and breakfast in Sayulita. This vibrantly painted B&B is perfectly situated between the beach and the town plaza, making it an ideal location for one’s stay.

Hotel Sayulita Central has been a long-time staple, having been in business for over 20 years. However, Barbara Roche took over ownership two years ago and put her personal touch on it, adding glitz and glamour, and making improvements.

“I am considering having art shows throughout the year to promote the work of local artists. The first artist will be Steve Marsh, a mixed medium artist who also likes the abstract. His work will be on display Thursday, December 11th through Saturday, December 13th. Steve will be on site 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. each of these days,” Barbara said.

“Barbara has done so much and has made so many positive changes. We’ve seen an increase in guests since she has taken over,” says Norma Adams, who is the manager. She is also the granddaughter of Adriana Adams, who opened the original B & B on the site, called Tia Adriana. There are still remnants of that B&B, such as intricately designed tiles in pretty, floral patterns.

These days, there are 13 rooms, all named after rock ‘n roll groups, such as Moody Blues, Pink Floyd, and Queen.  Moody Blues is the most recent addition, which has been added in the last few months.  Here you will find an impressive bathroom counter with a gold, sparkly surface, complementing a rustic, pea green counter. There is also a white satin nightgown to remind one of the song, “Nights in White Satin.”

Breakfast is served daily from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. However, the chef is always happy to prepare food earlier, if a guest so wishes.

One can expect to find coffee, sugar cookies, yogurt, granola, and seasonal fresh fruit served daily. A fresh, hot breakfast, such as pancakes, omelets, and chilaquiles, is prepared to order for each guest. It may vary from day to day, based on local, fresh ingredients.

Guests can always expect a warm, welcome vibe, friendly smiles and very attentive service during their stay at Hotel Central Sayulita. Factor in the delicious breakfast and reasonable price for one’s stay and you can’t beat this bed and breakfast!
