Festival Sayulita- Volunteer Recruitment

The 4th annual Festival Sayulita is coming up on February 1-5 th, 2017! Tickets are actively for sale on the website and we are current recruiting volunteers. As you know, Festival Sayulita is a not-for-profit event with a goal of funding and sustaining a local cultural center focused on preserving our local culture and promoting creativity. Every year, over 100 individuals make up the Festival volunteer staff and have a great time while doing it. Please join us!

Volunteer activities include staffing our information and merchandise booths, setting up and welcoming participants and our many film venues, pairing dinners, and assisting at our large array of workshops, including Stumble in the Jungle, FestiBike Sayulita, and more! This year, volunteer t-shirts are sponsored by Ava Jane’s Kitchen. The owners of Ava Jane’s Kitchen call Sayulita home and the culinary products it sells online are from Mexico. Since inception of the company, Ava Jane’s Kitchen has given back locally to the Adopt-a-Scholar program of Costa Verde International School and is pleased to be a part of this years’ Festival. In addition, volunteers who complete at least 4 hours of volunteer time will have access to general admission at the main concert, Jungle Live featuring Café Tacuba!!

To sign up for your volunteer shift for Festival Sayulita now, please stop by the Mercado del Pueblo on January 6th or 13th between 10am-2pm. If you are unable to do that, please message Lina here with your availability, interests, and language ability. First come first serve shifts!
