We hired Nick for our wedding in February 2024 in Sayulita. He executed the ceremony perfectly. The music during our dinner and reception perfectly fit the vibe we wanted and her listened to our requests ahead of time and came prepared. My favorite moment of the night was the first dance and the moment the sparklers went off...wow! Watching the videos our friends sent us, it's been so cute to watch everyone's reaction to that moment. Thank you Nick! I'm so thankful we got to enjoy the time dancing with our friends on the dance floor and many people have since asked us for our playlist to relive the moment.

My husband Chris & I just had our wedding in Sayulita this past weekend! We’ve been working with Lauren since September of last year when we met her in Sayulita and she gave us a tour of multiple venues- all unique in their own way! We fell in love with Don Pedro’s Palapa & immediately started planning!! Lauren’s passion for design & gift of having “the eye” when it comes to putting together a wedding from scratch shows in her work. Design was a key factor & really important to us- we wanted it to loook, feel, taste, & sound like our wedding- we wanted it to be a memorable experience for our friends & family- something they had never seen before & something that they would never forget. Lauren put together a wedding for some of our friends last year & when we saw the design & aesthetics come together we knew she would be perfect for us!! She took the time to get to know my husband & I & put together a vision that felt completely customized to us. Lauren coordinated with multiple vendors & kept us organized & on schedule. One vendor in particular, Nick the DJ- truly stood out. His music choice was on point!! We still haven’t heard the end of compliments from friends & family about his taste for music & the variety. He was also extremely kind & patient with guests requesting specific songs. The day truly does fly by- it is so worth it to have someone supporting you, guiding you & making sure you’re sticking to schedule. Lauren & Nick- you guys rock. Thank you for everything!! My (now) wife and I decided we wanted to get married in Mexico but we really had no idea where to start. The natural first step was to find a wedding a planner. We spoke with about five planners, including Lauren. After the conversation it was immediately obvious to us that we wanted to get married in Sayulita and that we had to work with her. What first stood out to us about Lauren was her impeccable eye for design. Just looking through her portfolio and social media accounts it was clear to us that she was a master at her craft and her style was exactly what we were looking for. She also had a relaxed but confident approach to weddings, which we found calming and reassuring. We booked her before we picked a wedding date or even thought about a venue.

Lauren blew us away over the course of the year that we worked with her. She took the time to understand our vision for the wedding, our budget, took the lead on the design of the wedding, and executed perfectly! She was incredibly trustworthy and always gave her honest opinion on every aspect of the process, which we were incredibly grateful for given the difficulties of planning a wedding largely sight unseen. She also had an amazing network of vendors which made the entire process very seamless. We booked our photographer, florist, DJ and caterer through Lauren, all of which were absolutely fantastic. In addition, Lauren was able to get us every wedding detail that we asked for. For example, we really liked some chairs that we saw in another planner’s portfolio and Lauren was able to get those for us. She was also incredibly easy to communicate with and always responded to emails quickly and was always willing to hop on a call.

The day of the actual wedding went by without hitch and it is all thanks to Lauren. Many of our friends and family even made a point to tell us how unbelievably well executed the entire wedding was. Everything from the welcome hour to the ceremony to the dinner and the dance party was perfect because Lauren left no detail unturned. She made particular note to make sure that we were doing good and having a good time throughout the entire day. She even had snacks, drinks and waters waiting for us in the bridal suite after the ceremony to make sure that we had some food and drinks before we were thrust into more photos and conversations. She was also super calm and poised the entire time, which helped keep us relaxed.

For weeks following the wedding we kept looking back and talking about how perfect everything was and that it is all thanks to Lauren. You truly made our wedding day more special than we could have ever dreamed and we are eternally grateful! Nick was absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding in Sayulita! He was very detailed & responsive to all of our questions about music, along with being personable and incredibly friendly. He perfectly captured the dinner music vibe and jungle dance party music we were going for, and had all of us on the dance floor the entire reception! Our guests are still raving about the music from start to finish. We're eternally grateful for Nick creating the energy for an epic dance party in Mexico - don't think twice about booking him!

We had a wedding in late January 2023, and Nick was at the top of the recommendation list from our wedding planner. He was super responsive and organized in the preparation for our event, organizing several calls and giving feedback on our requested songs. This includes working with the live performer we had during the ceremony to make sure they had everything they needed. His working relationship with our wedding planner was such an asset, and his knowledge of the venue made everything play out incredibly smoothly. During the wedding, he seamlessly worked in all our songs and transitions in the ceremony, including our singer. For the cocktail hour and reception he kept the music flowing and the energy up, even managing to pull out a couple last minute requests from the groom to end the night! He was professional, helpful, responsive and just a joy to work with.

There’s nothing like watching your vision board come to life. We were planning our family moon in Sayulita from Canada, and wanted some help executing our vision. I found Lauren through our florist Carmen (FlorAmor), and knew right away this was a great fit. Lauren listened to our vision, and made simple and fast deceivers of the elements we wanted for our sunset beach ceremony. From finding a beautiful shaman to a talented guitarist who played our song to ensuring we had a triangle archway with alter - and drinks to toast with - it felt like a magical moment that stretched out for hours. She handled everything onsite and was there to meet the photographer and all other vendor participants - so we could just walk over as a family, along the shoreline in the waves together, and arrive for this indelible experience that brought our blended family together.

Nick absolutely KILLED the dance party at our wedding (and all the music for our big day, in fact... ceremony tunes, dinner playlist, etc.) We gave him full reign to add or nix any music from our long playlist of inspiration songs that we would have loved to hear... and told him if any of it didn't fit, he had full permission to take the music in whatever direction he had to in order to get people on the dance floor. Boy, did he deliver! For a small wedding, we had a solid group on the dance floor the ENTIRE night, and didn't want him to stop playing when the party was finally over!

Nick was also a pleasure to work with from the beginning. He took a difficult Hebrew song for our mother/son dance that we needed cut in a specific way, and mixed it so beautifully that you wouldn't have even known it was edited. When my wife and I zoomed with him prior to our wedding, his personality was kind, calm, and down to earth. He was so accommodating and helpful in helping us nail down our music choices.

Lastly, I suffer from tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and we let Nick know that we couldn't have super loud, blasting music. He was so mindful of the volume all night and approached us at the beginning of wedding day to tell us that he was staying incredibly aware of the volume all night, but to simply let him know if we needed anything turned down. Such a nice guy and amazing at what he does. Hire him! Thank you so much, Nick!

I don't even know where to start. Lauren is simply THE BEST. Everything from her eye for design, incredibly quick responses to emails, kind and calming nature, stellar recommendations for absolutely anything you ask for outside of your wedding day itself (mini-moon spots, activities for you and your guests throughout the weekend...) I could go on and on.

She blew us away from day one when we had an initial consultation phone call with her to ask general questions about having a wedding in Mexico. At the end of that call, we were so sure that a) we had to have our wedding in Sayulita and b) we HAD to work with her and only her, that we booked her immediately without even having a date or venue... she was the type of person we just knew we could trust to lead us in every right direction all the way from the beginning planning stages up until the big day itself. From that phone call forward, there was never a question that went unanswered or a silly, obscure request that she couldn't pull off (all with a positive attitude I might add, even when I emailed with a million annoying detail questions).

Our wedding itself was absolutely gorgeous, thanks to her great taste and design lead. She helped us make our vision for our special day a reality, even when I couldn't quite articulate what I was picturing in my head.

Come wedding day itself, Lauren brought all the good vibes. My husband and I repeatedly remarked how her calm, cool, and collected nature was such a pleasure to have around considering weddings are usually, at the very least, slightly chaotic! She had everything under control from the minute she arrived and she made our day flow beautifully. We loved working with Lauren so much that we made her promise to keep in touch with us and we are holding her to it! We owe you a drink (or several) next time you're in LA, Lauren!

We feel so blessed to have found Lauren as our wedding planner. We had a vision of what our wedding should feel and look like, and Lauren hit it out of the park. From helping us pick the venue, the caterer, the florist, light stager, etc. to co-creating and implementing the design vision, our wedding was everything we wanted and more due to Lauren. It's like she went into our brains and designed it all exactly as we would have wanted. So many people have said our wedding was the best, or among the best, they have attended, and we know that this could never have been the case without Lauren.

It was very clear to us that she is the very very best at what she does early on, but seeing her in action on the actual wedding day still stands out for us. She was working it hard, and all the "little" things that we saw her doing did not go unnoticed -- they were the mark of a true pro. And she did it with so much grace and professionalism, not to mention that she looked absolutely fabulous (we're two grooms so we can say that)! We are incredibly grateful and can't thank her enough.

And then there's Nick, our DJ. Also amazing! We gave him very little to work with -- partly because based on the reviews we knew he was likely to hit it out of the park without assistance -- and yup, he absolutely delivered. He read the crowd at every moment, seamlessly transitioning between English and Spanish songs as appropriate and had everyone dancing like crazy.
