Casa Piedra Azul at Piedra Blanca in Sayulita sits in a private, gated estate on the sought after north end of town with one other home inside. If you wish to enjoy a true private and gated estate, with no walking across streets or down roads to visit other homes, this exquisite new property is perfect for you. Access to the estate is via a private gate. The location is superb, away from the noise of downtown yet close and easy access the beach and town.
Casa Piedra Azul is a 3,500 sq.ft villa and can host up to 10 adults and 2 toddlers. It comes with a fully equippd kitchen with top of the line appliances such as a wolf stove and 48" sub-zero fridge. Outside the kitchen find a lovely dining room and a livingroom with satellite TV, a stereo, DVD player, WiFi and a central air conditioner. Four bedrooms total, three of the rooms have king size beds that can be converted into two twins and the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. Each room has it's own closet and A/C. Each bedroom comes equippd with linens, bath towels and beach towels. Step outside onto the large terrace with a BBQ and pool with stunning views of the ocean and jungle.
Enjoy exquisite views of the surfbreak, the beach, the Sayulita point, and miles of the azure Pacific Ocean. Only a few blocks (600 meters) to the premier Sayulita beach. The two villas on the property share a pool deck. There are two amazing infinity pools and a large outdoor entertainment area. The Piedra Blanca Estate has beautiful landscaping with soft landscape lighting.
The Villas at Piedra Blanca are brand new and the windows are soundproof. With the windows closed you can expect absolute silence. With the windows open you can listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the each. Either way, its a combination that ensures you get what you want.
The sunsets from Piedra Blanca are magnificent.
Everything Sayulita has to offer is as close as walking out the front door. We have umbrellas, beach chairs and custom Golf Cart is included, so it's zero hassle. We are only 600 meters from the surf.
Need more room for a larger group? The entire estate can be rented with a total of 2 houses. We offer 6BR & 7BR options.

Dear guests,
Some important news have arrived and we are compelled to inform you: Unfortunately the owners of the property adjacent to ours have decided, after many years of inactivity, to begin construction of a home next to ours. The expected timeline will be between February and the beginning of September 2021. We immediately came to an agreement about ceremonies and celebrations, we are taking additional necessary steps to minimize the impact of this news on your stay. This is obviously putting a significant amount of stress on our end, financially and obviously we are worried about being able to deliver, during this period of time, the same level of peace and quiet as we have in the past. We just hope that the construction goes swiftly and is not a hindrance to our guests during their stay at Villas Piedra Blanca. We don’t want to be anything but fully transparent in order to avoid any disagreeable surprises. We do hope this will not interfere your stay with us and are crunching numbers offering you a substancial discount alredy applied on the current rates to offset the potential nuisance. Please contact us for more details.
A 50% deposit is due when booking with the balance due 45 days before arrival. The prices apply for a payment with a direct wire transfer. There is also an option of Payment via Paypal, and a Paypal service fee for mexico will be added 5.16%.

Low Season: June - October - $666 nightly rate 4BR

$500 USD Cash Security deposit required at check-in, and is return at the moment of check out.
Additional fees will apply per booking:
There is a final clean up fee 100 USD+ 16% I.V.A (Sales Tax) and golf cart service fee $90 USD +16% I.V.A. (Sales Tax) per stay.
If there is an event in the property, there will be a fee to cover extra expenses for any event at the property, the fee will depend on the amount of guests, please send an inquiry for more details.
