Pool Side Condo 205 in Sayulita is located on the north end of Sayulita, a quiet and beautiful part of this town. Condo 205 is just a quick walk to the secluded north end beach, this unit is ideally situated to be close to everything yet enjoy quiet nights and a tranquil atmosphere. We are 7 minutes walking to the nearest stores and restaurants.
With 190 square meters, this spacious vacation home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terraces that boast impressive views of the ocean, jungle and surrounding jungle mountains. The condo includes a master suite with ensuite bath, direct balcony access, and a king sized bed. The guest room has 3 twin beds. There is a modern state-of-the art kitchen, wifi internet, and air conditioning throughout.
The large and unique pool is exclusive to guests as well as other common areas such as the roof-top gardens with panoramic ocean views. Your stay at Condo 205 will be a memorable time in beautiful Sayulita.

Loved the location
We loved our time here! The condo complex has beautiful natural surroundings of trees and local flora. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect for us because it’s away from the busy core but close enough to walk to town everyday and to the beach. Lots of great restaurants in Sayulita and the locals are so friendly. The condo is a five minute walk to jungle trails. We hiked to San Pancho on one of the days which was great. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Incredible all around
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and tranquil condo. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was spotless. It’s a great setup with a beautiful patio overlooking the pool. The staff was very friendly and we loved the quiet location. It’s close to the beach and a few restaurants. There is secure golf cart parking and a quick ride to the town center to find what ever you are looking for. There is also really great maid service.

Can’t recommend it enough!
We stayed with our two kids, 3 and 1. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Quiet in the evenings with a great pool for the daytime. It’s a quick walk to the beach or the North side restaurants and only about a 10 minute walk into the heart of town. I’d highly recommend.

Pajaro de Fuego is a lovely complex that feels like a jungle retreat away from the hustle of Sayulita.

Lovely location, awesome hosts
This place was great! We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful living area and patio overlooking the pool area, and a great open concept space with comfortable furniture. The suite was was fully equipped with everything we could need, and they even provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella which was a bonus. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Location was a bit quieter on the north side of town which was peaceful and perfect for us, with easy access to the beach.

Can't wait to come back!
This is our second time staying at one of Chelsea’s properties in Sayulita. We just love it. The north side is where it’s at if you want bit more quiet and privacy.
We brought our kids this time and the lower unit was so nice and close to the pool. For the most part this is a very family friendly condo complex that is very close to the beach.
Comfy and clean beds, great kitchen, the cleaning service is so welcome.
I do recommend getting a golf cart to drive to other areas of Sayulita easily.
Chelsea and Adrian are super helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back! Can’t wait.
