A common walkway, shared by all the houses in the complex meets the beach just seconds from your door. There are built-in chairs in the yards, for watching sunsets and the beach.

Rosalera is fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchen, cd/radio, books, and a maid coming every day except Sunday (included in the price). You'll also find built-in sofas which are comfy and sturdy enough to double as beds in a pinch, a fully equipped kitchen with refridge, oven & stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, as well as a dining table and breakfast counter. Each has a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom of the casa has a king-size bed and an enclosed bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third has 2 twin beds, and they share a second bathroom. The living room opens up to a patio with palapa, a palm leaf thatched cover. The palapa has chairs and lounges and a pool just outside the door.
