Casa Rosalera at Los Delfines

Casa Rosalera in Sayulita is a newly remodeled poolside house with in home water filtration system.  Located in the oceanfront Delfines complex on the sought after north side of town. Remodel designed by renowned local architect Estella Gayosso Mendoza the property is located on the beautiful northside, just steps away from the beach which is perfect for soaking up the sun and swimming in the ocean. The town's center where you'll find restaurants, shops & nightlife is a quick 10 minute walk away. 

Casa Rosalera is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom of the villa has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with private bathroom, the third has two twin beds that can be put together as a king, which shares a common bathroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped making it easy to cook at home.The spacious living room has comfortable built in couches + a dining table and opens up to a private terrace with a table/chairs & lounges shaded by a palapa. Directly outside the front door is a beautiful, large pool.

The villa includes airconditioning throughout house, purified water system, fiber optic WIFI, a private washer/dryer, daily maid service (except Sunday) and beach chairs + umbrellas. There is private/secure parking available on the Delfines property.

A fantastic Sayulita vacation is all but guaranteed in this perfect family rental home.  A common walkway, shared by all the villas in the complex passes by two large pools and meets the beach just seconds from your door. There are built-in chairs in the yards perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying the view, as well as 2 swimming pools.

Please note, Casa Rosalera is located in a beach front complex but does not sit on the oceanfront. Rather, it sits poolside and just a quick walk to the beach down a private pathway.
