Villa Rosetta Estate in Sayulita is a stunning villa that truly offers the best of everything in Sayulita. With its elegant touches and sophisticated (yet truly Mexican) design, this villa guarantees to satisfy even the most discernable guests with very high expectations for a vacation rental. Its always perfect at Villa Rosetta.
Kitchen/Dining/Living: Villa Rosetta offers a fully equiped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the comforts of your own kitchen. You will find everything you (or your private chef) needs to create incredible tropical meals. The outdoor gas BBQ is perfect for grilling the catch of the day or select cuts from the local butcher. Our indoor/outdoor living-room/dining-room allows guests to be comfortable no matter what the temperature is outside.
Terrace/Pool: From the terrace and in the pool, guests can gaze across palmtrees, the village of Sayulita, and the Pacific Ocean. The pool has a special shallow lounging area (6 inches) that is perfect for kids or reading a book. There is plenty of room and lounge chairs for everyone. The kitchen is just a few steps away.
Bedrooms: A/C in EVERY bedroom. All bedrooms are “master” en-suite bedrooms and have king-size beds with luxury sheets, lots of pillows, spacious closets, and full bathrooms. There is a balcony with ocean view from every bedroom. The largest of the three bedrooms has an outdoor dipping pool. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with handpicked paintings and artwork from all over Mexico. You will love all of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms have small couches that will easily accommodate a small child.
The Apartment: The 4th bedroom is actually a self-contained giant one-bedroom apartment located just below the main house. This apartment has a kitchen, private terrace, spacious bathroom, and separate entrance. The apartment is connected to the pool terrace via a separate staircase. One king bed or two twin beds available.
The Roof Top Terrace: This area is perfect for morning coffee, yoga sessions, afternoon margaritas, or evening sunsets. Enjoy sweeping views of the ocean, village, and jungle of Punta Sayulita. Soak in the 6-person dipping pool or make a drink at the bar with outdoor sink.
Location: Villa Rosetta Estate has the perfect location. No rental car needed. The villa is just over a block from the beach and two blocks to where the center of the village begins. Noise has never been an issue in the neighborhood except for an occasional rooster from time to time.
What’s included: Staff service everyday except for Sunday. Beach chairs. Umbrellas. Beach coolers. Beach towels. Drinking water. What else do you need?
What’s extra? Meals. (Not included, but we can recommend some of our personal favorite Sayulita private chefs for cooking anything from traditional meals to gourmet experiences).

Maid service is included every day except Sunday, and the pool and gardens are checked and maintained daily.
Guest/Concierge services are included every day but Sunday.
We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the reservation, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Please note that these payments are non-refundable. However, should you need to cancel for any reason I will attempt to re-rent the house. In the case that the house is re-rented, your payment will be refunded minus any fees.

We didn’t really understand that the fourth room was a bottom level apartment (probably our error in fully reading the description), but that part of the house is very separate so whomever gets that room won’t really be with the rest of the group. That was really the only negative.
This was one of the pricier rental houses on the block but it was really nice.
Cleaners came every day, which was also great.

We had 4 couples splitting the house, and everyone got their own room, bathroom, and had more than enough privacy. I truly couldn't have designed a better layout.
A cleaner comes 6 times per week around 10am, and she does great work. It's so nice to get an rental cleaned throughout these days! Also, they provide water coolers and large water bottles-this is a massive plus in a place where most tourists don't drink the tap water. All the house rules were reasonable and clear. They have a team of people to message if you need anything. One small AC issue was fixed before we knew it.
This place is a little more $ than we would usually spend--but none of us regretted it for a second.
