Casa Sempre Avanti in Sayulita is a tropical luxury destination in the exclusive community of Patzcuaro beach in south Sayulita. With 250 feet of beachfront, It is a private estate for those looking for a true luxury vacation experience, while within close proximity to Sayulita and Punta de Mita, a short 8-10 minute drive in either direction. It's nestled amidst the tropical rainforest with a very beautiful secluded beach, five star service and incredible architecture throughout the home. Housekeeper and personal chef included.
The bedrooms at Casa Sempre Avanti are two large air conditioned master bedrooms with breathtaking ocean views. Each bedroom is equipped with large beds and en suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are complete with every amenity you can think of and includes double sinks with plenty of counter space. Each bedroom gets plenty of natural sunlight. This truly is the ultimate oceanfront retreat in Sayulita.
The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. The open, spacious deck by the glistening infinity pool, complete with poolside Tiki Bar, is the perfect spot to relax in the sun and take in the jungle and ocean views that surround the home. Direct beach access via a stone path make the beach only 65 steps from the infinity pool. For additional relaxation, there is also a day bed on the rooftop terrace where you may sleep among the rustling palms and under the pergola providing cool shade in the day. An outdoor kitchen along with a large BBQ, perfect for grilling delicious meals and enjoying the sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Pictures don’t do the house justice
This house was incredible. The open air concept was really cool. The view was absolutely stunning, we whale watched all day while the kids swam. Every morning I watched the sunrise from bed with the doors open, drinking my coffee. Then I would run on the private beach. After breakfast/morning swim we would take the kids on the ATV, through the river, into Sayulita. The staff was lovely and professional. Scott was so helpful and very kind to us. Our flight got canceled on the way there and he let us stay an extra day on the back end so we didn’t miss a day.

Pictures don’t do this place justice!!
Pictures don't do this place justice. We were looking for a quiet and secluded place and a little adventure just outside of town and it met all expectations. Scott was super responsive and accurate with all of our questions. Beto and Fatima are amazing and will be around as much or as little as you ask. Beach out front was pretty much private most times of the day and there is a cool little beach break towards the south side of the beach for fellow surfers. 10min drive into town which is much more vibrant and loud almost every day of the year. Have always loved Siyulita, but this place took it to a new level, will definitely be staying here whenever we are in town in the future.

A slice of Paradise!!
This house is a slice of paradise; the perfect combination of luxury and adventure. Pictures don't do the house justice and the location makes you feel like you are completely secluded. German and Maria made the experience incredible, including greeting us with dinner and margaritas on their day off when travel plans delayed our arrival (don't miss Maria's fish tacos!). And Scott's communication was fantastic before and during the trip. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else when returning to this area after experiencing a few days at Sempre Avanti.

INCREDIBLE!!!
This house and spot is INCREDIBLE! Pictures do not do it just as you can not capture the tranquility you feel once you walk through the doors. If it wasn’t for family commitments in Sayulita during our first part of stay, we would have never left. Sempre Avanti is situated on a very special spot where you can whale watch, experience an amazing sunset, enjoy a quiet beach and still be 10 minutes from downtown Sayulita and all it has to offer. Scott, German and Maria were wonderful. Scott is very responsive, German made sure we had everything we needed, and Maria made the best margaritas. Highly recommend renting the CanAm as jungle ‘road’ to house is bumpy and can get you to and from town easily. Thanks so much for opening your home.

Sempre Avanti is a treasure!!
Sempre Avanti is a treasure. Take Scott's advice and rent the Can-Am from Arturo - the drive in from the airport down the river road was an experience but you quickly find out that it's one of the main attractions of this home and part of what makes it so special (also take the jungle road to town at least once). Maria (and her daughter, so cute) made us several lunches and dinners - all of which were incredible! Herman took great care of us and even made us a bonfire on the beach one night. We had a minor emergency while we were in town and everyone (Scott, Maria, Arturo, Cande) made an effort to sort us out. Go eat at Mary's in town too! I'm not one to visit the same place multiple times and I'd happily visit Sayulita and stay at Scott's home over and over again. Thank you for opening your house!

Amazing house!!
What an amazing house in an unbelievable location. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. It is stunning and we just loved the openness and the indoor-outdoor living. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers to spread out and not be on top of each other but also to gather as a family. The views are breathtaking. The unspoiled beach feels like your own private paradise. Most of the time we were on the beach, we were the only ones there. The waves were spectacular and the kids spent hours riding them. We walked up and down the beach every day and saw many whales migrating up the coast. Cannot say enough about German and Maria and how wonderful they are. They took such great care of us all week. Maria's meals were so delicious. Her fish tacos and chicken mole were better than any meals we had at any restaurant the rest of the vacation. Honestly every time we left the property we could not wait to get back. It's definitely remote and not easy getting in and out of the property (you have to drive over a dirt road and a creek) but that's kind of the point. It feels like your own secret paradise. Scott was very responsive and super easy to work with and communicate with. German even took us up to Monkey Mountain one day which was quite an adventure. We loved every minute of our vacation at Sempre Avanti. Thank you Scott, German and Maria! We hope to return someday.

Absolutely Amazing!!
This place is absolutely amazing - even better (if that is possible) than the pictures depict. The location is just south of Sayulita, maybe a 10 minute drive to town, and sits right on the water with a calm, quiet beach only steps away. The house itself is incredible - perfectly clean and well taken care of and an awesome pool and outdoor area. Germain and Maria are amazing as well. They do an incredible job taking care of the property and Maria's food is delicious! I highly recommend this place to stay - it simply can't be beat.

It gets better each time!!
This was my third time staying here. I obviously love it and I feel that it gets better each time. Scott is easy to communicate with and a gracious host. German and Maria are extremely helpful and make each stay memorable. Maria's cooking is amazing and the property is truly magical. There are so many things to rave about here, but the privacy and peacefulness is one of my favorites. I love being outside of Sayulita, but I also love how close it is if you need to go in for anything. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you Scott, German and Maria for the wonderful memories!

Slice of Paradise
Sempre Aventi is a beautiful slice of paradise very close to Sayulita. The views are spectacular and just like in the photos- across the infinity pool over to the ocean; the only things you can’t see there are the exquisite butterflies that make it look like a scene from a Disney movie! It’s so well positioned to take in beautiful sunsets directly in front of the house. We rented the Can Am which is so fun to drive into town which is a short and adventurous 15 min drive. German makes a terrific margarita which was waiting for us when we arrived. We loved walking to the beach and watching the local crabs scuttling about. Scott was super responsive and helped us with everything. A terrific host.

Scott is a Bay Area native and was born and still resides in Marin County. He discovered Sayulita 4 years ago and finished construction of Sempre Avanti in December 2016. Scott was a Mortgage Banker and ran a successful branch out of Concord. He now manages several property's throughout the Bay Area.
