Description
Casa Silvana in Sayulita is located in the Beachfront Complex Villas del Palmar. Just a 30 second walk to the beach and 7 minute walk into town, it is ideally located on the north side beach.
Casa Silvana is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. The first bedroom comes equipped with 2 double beds, the second bedroom with 1 queen bed and the third bedroom with a king bed and two toddler beds. All homes in Villas del Palmar share a large beachfront swimming pool with a shallow area for kids as well as a large palapa shaded area with lounge chairs and tables.
Villas del Palmar is a family-friendly complex and kids are welcome. We also accept well-behaved dogs with prior approval.

Great experience.
We were a group of six adults and two kids. All around we had a great experience. The location was fantastic and accommodations as well. Kids loved the heated pool and the rental golf carts the most. The hosts communicated well and were very responsive. The facilities and amenities were quite adequate, and the supplies were well-stocked. Sayulita itself has something to offer to everyone.

Fantastic Location!
Our family of 5 stayed at Casa Silvana the week before Christmas. There was actually plenty of room for a few more people. The location is absolutely perfect! So close to the beach and great restaurants right outside the door. (We ate at the pizza place twice; it was so good!) Also, just a short walk into the town center. We loved having happy hour by the pool area overlooking the ocean. Having ample filtered water, giant beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas really added to our stay. This complex was incredibly quiet even though there were lots of people staying in nearby units. The ceiling fans and mini splits also kept the place very cool and comfortable. Casa Silvana provides everything you need and Noah and Eric did a great job ensuring we were happy and comfortable! We definitely plan to come back!

Good Location, Needs Some Updates
Have stayed in Sayulita several times, and always prefer the location of the condo in this part of town. Eric and his team went to extraordinary lengths to resolve the issues that we encountered with the AC and even installed a new safe to assist w/security concerns. The furnishings of the Casa Silvana are seriously dated, and in some respects were almost unusable especially regarding items in the kitchen which were either non-existent or rusted beyond usability. Likewise for the furniture that is little more than patio variety (also rusted BTW). The complex has a good pool and good beach location so those helped overcome some of the other concerns we had.

Casa Silvana is a great rental for anyone looking for that private feel, a few feet from the best part of the beach and all the amenities you would want. Couldn't recommend it enough. Close to town, but far enough away that you don't hear the noise!

We travel quite often and visit Sayulita annually. This was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved Casa Silvana with its amazing location and all the amenities we could ask for. We were there with our two children that are 2 and 4 and they loved it too, especially the pool as it has an amazing shallow end for them. We've stayed in many places in Sayulita but the pool here is by far the best kid's pool we've experienced. We could just relax while they played without having to worry about them going into the deep end and there were many other kids there that they quickly made friends with. There's also a deep end to the pool for the adults and bigger kids. The pool is steps from the beach where we could build sandcastles, run around, sunbathe, play in the ocean, etc. The location is ideal in the North Side, with 6 or 7 restaurants right out the front gates. They even added an ice cream shop right across the way in the past year which we all loved. There's a tienda a few minute's walk down the road where you can stock up on beers, snacks, or other essentials. The shared complex stretches from the street to the beach so you can saunter out the front and walk into town via the roads and then make your way back along the beach. Right on the beach, there's a little cocktail stand which has some yummy drinks. The unit itself was modern and clean. We didn't use all the rooms as it was just the 2 of us and the kids but there wasn't a bad room in the house. Each room had AC, ceiling fans, and plenty of electrical outlets. 2 rooms had en suite bathrooms and 1 was without. The unit is well stocked with sun chairs, umbrellas, kids water toys (we even added some), beach/pool towels, shampoo, basically all you need for fun in the sun. Communication with Eric was great. He checked in with us leading up to the trip and his assistant, Ben, made the check in process very easy. He coordinated the cleaning service which I think was every other day. They swapped out the bottled water and linens regularly. We saw Ben quite often and he was eager to help with any recommendations or anything else we needed. Overall we had an incredibly relaxing vacation here with our kids and we cannot wait to come back next year. We would highly recommend Eric and this wonderful unit!
