Leah gets an A++
Leah has been a valuable asset to our casa and our business. She has translated documents for us, attended meetings to help translate with our Mexican speaking staff. I have taken Spanish lessons with Leah, and she always made the learning a pleasure. Leah is well educated and articulate, having been a college instructor, she is able to deal with matters at an advanced and capable level. I would not hesitate to recommend Leah for all of the services she so accurately provided for us.

We highly recommend Leah Jewall
Leah has been teaching English classes to our staff at Villa Amor for over a month and has also done some translation, interpreting and correcting of emails. We are happy with Leah's work and have found her to be knowledgeable, reliable and well-prepared. We look forward to continue working with Leah through the summer and fall.

I have taken classes from Leah off and on over the last 2 years. With her background in college teaching, she takes a serious but fun approach to teaching Spanish. I would recommend her and would continue to take classes from her in the future.

I hired Leah earlier in the season to translate several literary documents. Not only did she do a great job, but she completed it before our deadline. Leah made what seemed like a daunting task, into an effortless one. Thank you!

This serves as my personal recommendation of Leah Jewall as an excellent Spanish teacher. While I donít doubt my own desire for fluency plays a major part in my success, I do know that without Leahís kind support and willingness to not just teach from a book but also from life experience, has helped give me the tools to begin to master a second language. I would, without hesitation, recommend Leah (and have done so in the past) as one who not only knows the language, but has been blessed with the skill and knowledge to help anyone learn and equally important, appreciate the beauty of Spanish. Leah has also worked for my family on several occasions as property manager, house sitter and interpreter, and has always showed the initiative necessary to handle issues before they became problems. I am impressed by her knowledge, demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile in order to resolve issues even when it has required intrusion upon her personal time. I look forward to working with her in the future, secure in the knowledge that she keeps her word and has consistently provided superior service. Peter Glass

my spanish has improved immensely
I have been taking private spanish lessons with Leah for over a year now. I feel much more confident with my spanish ability. I had tried several other instructors and didn't find their instruction helpful. She taught at the university level which is noticeable in her teaching style. Leah is reliable, patient and makes learning spanish fun!

Learning while laughing!
We have been student's in Leah's classes for three years, her teaching style is relaxed, enjoyable, and a breath of fresh air. She tailors her lessons to the needs of the students and gently moves participants to increasingly more challenging levels of conversation with constant support and encouragement. Her sense of humor has us laughing as we learn. We have learned so much and will return for more conversational classes every time we are in Sayulita. We believe her class is the best spanish language class we have ever attended and highly recommend it to visitors and residents alike. Hilary & Jim, Sherwood Park, Alberta.
