Casa Verde in Sayulita, where you will enjoy the quiet north side of the village in this beautifully designed home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The house consists of a large open upper level with an indoor/outdoor dipping pool at the edge of the living room, where you can relax or entertain to the sounds of the surf and cool ocean breezes. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen and large dining area facing out to the Pacific and nightly views of beautiful sunsets.
This villa provides a great location for two or three couples, or a family looking for the perfect Mexico vacation.
Two master bedrooms with king-size beds are one level down, each with its own full bathroom, open-air shower, and terrace with beautiful views. On the garden level is a third bedroom with queen-size bed and private full bath. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.
Casa Verde offers a tropical oasis right outside its doors. The lower level opens onto a garden filled with bougainvillea, palms, mango trees and lush tropical flowers, leading to a large (30') private heated swimming pool with sunning deck and covered outdoor dining area with hammock and gas grill. The surrounding foliage offers privacy and views of iguanas and native birds in their natural habitat.
The North Sayulita Beach is just a short walk from the house down a cobblestone path. To get to restaurants, bars and surfing, follow the beach for another 10 minutes, walk along Ave. Palmar, or take a quick car or golf cart ride. You'll find more restaurants along the way.

One of the things that was so great about this rental, is that the pool was heated. We rented another property a few years ago with a pool that was not and it was too cold. A definite bonus!
As well, the dipping pool upstairs was nice and refreshing to put your feet in on those hot days.
The beach was just minutes away, so convenient.
The house was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. Nothing was missing.
The staff were very attentive, and answered all of our questions immediately.
The only thing I would suggest, is, if you don’t like doing a lot of walking to rent a golf cart. It was a little further out than we thought so we ended up renting a golf cart for our stay. You can easily walk into town, but we liked to go every day, and sometimes it was quite warm so we didn’t want to walk. The golf cart came in super handy.
Although this property was further out, that was also a good thing as it was a much quiet end of town. Much easier to get a good nights sleep, than in town where you can hear a lot of noise, we just heard the soothing sounds of the ocean.
I would definitely recommend this stay. We loved it!
Iguanas, chacalacas, Mexican raccoons or white-nosed coati, fireflies, filtered views of the ocean and the sound of the waves breaking on shore were fantastic! The house was stocked with everything and then some. The pools were perfect for the 82-85 degree days with 90% humidity it was the first time we swam in a Sayulita pool every day morning, noon and evening! Loved the location – the 3 minute walk to the beach, less than 30 minute hike to Playa Malposa – were wonderful; and we hiked to the top of the street and found the stairs into the jungle up to the top of Nanzal Hill and came back down over near the school.
1. The location is very quiet and secure. It is located on the north end of town away from the noise and traffic of the town. You will need to rent a golf cart to get around. This just added to the fun though. There is a nice fence and all the rooms have safes. This made us feel secure.
2. All the rooms have air conditioning and they cooled off the rooms quick. We would shut them off when we left for the morning. The rooms stayed fairly cool all day long even in the middle of July
3. We loved the pool which was perfect for all the kids. They also have a cooling pool located upstairs. The management has a pool guy scheduled to clean the pool.
4. We absolutely loved watching the wildlife from the deck. There were several large iguanas, chachalaca birds and night heron. It was nice to sit and watch them in the morning.
5. Booking it with Carol was easy. We booked through Sayulita life and it saved a bunch of fees they charge you if you go through vrbo or Airbnb
As for the negative, I would just be nit picking. There was no major issues what so ever. We loved this place
