Villa Azul in Sayulita is a brand new, fully equipped condo located on the quiet and picturesque south side of Sayulita. Enjoy fresh breezes and unbeatable views from your balcony or inside this beautiful and comfortable new villa!

Villa Azul in Sayulita is perfect for a family travelling with small children or for a couple. Villa Azul comes with a full kitchen, spacious living space, private balcony, a plush king sized bed plus 2 couches in the living room with single mattresses. There are blackout curtains and air conditioning for your comfort as well as a beautiful, shared rooftop terrace perfect for happy hour and watching the sun go down.

Located only 6 blocks from the main beach and downtown Sayulita, Villa Azul is far enough from the loud noise Sayulita is known for yet still close to everything. The owner Nicola is often on the property. The two other hosts Terry & "Z" are available to help with anything as well as provide advice on what places to check out locally - she is also known for making great happy hour drinks on the huge rooftop terrace.

Surfboards, paddleboards, and boogie boards are available for rent! One of our hosts “Z” is a certified instructor if you’d like to take some surfing or paddleboard lessons while on your vacation! He lives on site. Beach towels are provided. Chairs and umbrellas as well, based on availability. Housekeeping is provided regularly and included in your nightly fee! No large cleaning fee at check out! There is a three night minimum stay.

One of my favorite properties in Sayulita. Just amazing!

I've been visiting Sayulita for over a decade, and Villa Azul is one of my absolute favorite places to stay! I spent about 6 weeks there in Mar-Ap2 2022, and loved every minute of it. The apartment is incredibly well laid out with the big kitchen/living room, a large bedroom with a super comfy king bed, and a nice sized bathroom with excellent water pressure. The little table on the balcony was the perfect place to work from, with gorgeous views and a lovely breeze all day. The wifi was solid, and I didn't have any issues working remotely. There's also an amazing roof top deck that's perfect for early morning yoga or afternoon BBQs. The location is really great- an easy walk down to town or to the beach, but on the edge of the jungle. The double paned windows are really effective at blocking out noise from the bars near the plaza, and I slept great! I think my favorite thing about Azul is that you can tell it's someone's home, and as a result there are so many little things that really let you settle in. The kitchen is FULLY stocked (real knives even!), there are hooks everywhere to hang things, there are a ton of hangers in the open closet (instead of the usual 4-6). The property managers Z and Terrie live downstairs and are incredibly helpful and friendly. Nicola is super responsive, and an absolute sweetheart. Everything about Azul is truly a delight!

Amazing stay at a fantastic home

My husband and I spent four incredible weeks at Nicola’s home, and leaving was TOUGH. It was a fantastic experience! Everything was wonderful, from the gorgeous space to the incredible views to the quick and kind communication pre-trip. The location is fantastic - close enough to the main parts of town that everything is super accessible yet far enough that you’re a bit removed from the sounds of the nightlife on a Saturday night. This was the perfect space for us to get to know Sayulita and all it has to offer. A perfect setting for a perfect trip! Can’t wait to visit again, hopefully very soon!

Perfect Apartment for a Peaceful Vacation

This unit was everything I could have asked for! Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful in getting anything I needed, the unit was exactly as listed (even better than the pictures) and the location is ideal (just south of town in the hills, quiet and a beautiful view). I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful place that has all the amenities you could need and is walkable to any of the action in town you desire or the surrounding beaches.

Great place to relax and unwind.

My family and I spent 2 weeks here. Beautiful accommodations. We’ve been to Sayulita every couple years and this place is close to everything.
5 min walk to the beach and surf. 4 mins to downtown square. Everything you could need. Terry and Z and Nicola made everything very easy, from booking to check in and departure.Everyone is extremely helpful with anything you request.

Cozy with great views!

This place is really nice! The couch beds are very comfortable, as is the King bedroom. The views of the city and jungle are phenomenal and the hosts are oh so friendly and always there to help! The rooftop balcony is also a huge plus, with hammocks and space to make up some margaritas!

Our home away from home!

With a beautiful view over the lush valley, the distant sound of the waves, a short 5 - 10 minute walk to the Plaza and the beach, we truly have found our paradise. We have returned 8 years in a row and will always come back because we are so comfortable here, especially this January 2021 as Covid was still a worldwide threat. We highly recommend Villa Azul at the CASA Terezola! We love this place and can't wait to return later this year.

Amazing stay!

We rented Azul and Fiesta for Christmas and it was amazing!

Azul is beautiful, love how everything matches with perfect blue tones, has a lot of natural light, it's full of little details that make you feel relax. The balcony is amazing, perfect to have a hot coffee in the morning and see the sunrise.

Azul is simply perfect, everything was amazing and the terrace in the upper floor was perfect for our Christmas dinner, my family was really happy, they wanna como back for next Christmas!

We will be back!

Gorgeous accommodations!!!

Villa Azul truly has everything you need to make the stay perfect! We absolutely loved the unit, especially the attention to detail and the beautiful decor!! There’s also a huge rooftop deck with gorgeous views. The rooftop deck even has a bathroom, a fridge, and hammocks to relax in. All the units at Casa Terezola are beautifully decorated and include all furnishings needed for a great stay!

What a place!

The owner Nicola is amazing. Super responsive and knows everything you need, and if she doesn't she can get you the answer. The location is perfectly situated. It's close to town but far enough away to be quiet. It's about 1000 steps to the beach if you'd like to do that for the day, or maybe you just want to relax in a hammock on the roof deck. The roof has a wet bar and refrigerator, if your apartment feels cramped you can go up there for an amazing view and breeze. We stayed for a month and will be back for longer next year! PS: Awesome Wifi
