This extraordinary, private home is situated on a breathtaking point of land overlooking the blue-green waters of the Pacific Ocean with its migrating whales, cavorting dolphins, nesting turtles....and is cushioned from the outside world by 20 acres of private ecological preserve teeming with the flora and fauna native to Mexico's jungles and coastal woodlands.
You will follow a sinuous, private 3/4 mile jungle road through palm, banana, and arbutus trees whose bark glistens like dripping amber when backlit by the tropical sun.
Villa Violeta is a striking beachfront home carved into a secluded point of land. It boasts 350 feet of oceanfront and, best of all, overlooks a secluded storybook bay and beach.
We are only a 10 minute drive, just north of Sayulita in the authentic, quaint town of San Francisco, (known as San Pancho to the locals).

RENTAL RATES
Villa Violeta is best suited for 6-8 people; minimum weekly rental, except in the off season
Open from November - June for $3,995.00 per week, ($570 per night)
20% surcharge for US holidays
50% is payable at the time of confirmed booking with the balance and advance due 8-6 weeks prior to arrival
