Casa Brissa is one of the finest luxury vacation houses in Sayulita located on the tranquil north end. This ideal location is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town.
The architecturally designed home offers 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is surrounded by lush private gardens with vast views and sounds of the ocean from every room. The house is air conditioned and has ceiling fans. Both of the bedrooms offer our guests privacy with its own bathroom and terrace as well as screened windows and sliding doors. The master bedroom suite has an adjoining palapa sitting room as well as a master bath with a deep tub for two.
Casa Brissa is decorated in a casual, tropical style. Rich colors, handcrafted carpentry, ironwork, local art, and artistic tile help create the ambiance for a perfectly relaxed vacation.
The large open living space has a kitchen, eating, and entertaining area which extends out to the deck and infinity pool. Handcrafted folding doors and windows give you the luxury of having a completely open or closed environment.
The kitchen area provides you with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. This includes: a coffee maker, grinder, microwave, blender, toaster, and icemaker. In addition, the entire house has a water purification system. If not in the mood to cook, let us arrange for our authentic Mexican chef (on staff) to prepare a delicious home cooked meal for you.
Casa Brissa has a state of the art salt water infinity pool. The expansive view from the pool, of the ocean, mountains, and natural vegetation is magnificent. Exotic birds, humpback whales, fishing boats, and beautiful sunsets provide a perfect setting for the ultimate vacation. In addition to the deck area, there is a shady poolside pergola with comfortable seating.
Our English/Spanish speaking property manager will greet you and familiarize you with the house. The property manager will be available during your entire stay for any assistance or services as needed. Private parking is provided. Depending on your individual needs there are numerous car rental agencies available (we use Gecko) or we can arrange for a round trip airport pick up along with a grocery stop.

RENTAL RATES
Maximum occupancy: 4 persons
Children are welcome at Casa Brissa, however because of the steep drop offs and open balconies, if would be best if they were no younger than 12 years old.
Casita Brissa can be rented with Casa Brissa, which sleeps 2.
NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES
Weekly rental Sat.-Sat.(if house is not rented we will have some flexibility so please ask).
High Season November 1-May 31:
$450 USD/night $3150 USD/week
Low Season June 1-October 31:
$400 USD/night $2800 USD/week.
Holiday rates:
Christmas and New Years:
$5000 USD/week
Thanksgiving: $4000 USD/week
$500.00 security deposit will be refunded in full 2 weeks after departure, less any damages to the property.
50% of the total rent is due to secure the reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival along with security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of reservation is needed 90 days prior to arrival date. We will give total refund on rental, less $100.00 USD transaction fee. After 90 days there will be no refund unless property can be rented. If rented we will give total refund less $100.00 transaction fee. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change
