Our beautiful Garden Casita and/or guest rooms are ideally located only 2 short blocks from the center of town on the south shore.  Leaving the pool area you are on the beach which is usually full of swimmers, surfers, and boogie boarders. The beginners surf area is directly in front of our house and the more advanced surf area is located just to the right. You can easily look out from your room or the pool terrace to check out the waves and action. The beach in front of our home is ideal for family use as well.

If it happens to be a bit rough, a short walk south will take you to quiet protected coves where you can always swim-Los Muertos.  Another short walk, north, brings you to the town center where you can dine on anything from gourmet to fish tacos, shop for original Mexican crafts, and sit in the square and people watch.

Even though we are located in the center of everything our walled compound offers total privacy and security. The grounds have 14 coconut palm trees and gardens with lush tropical plants and flowers. Both the casita, a free standing small home of about 1500 sq ft,  and guest rooms attached to the main villa have been decorated with original art from national and international artists.

All the accomodations have filtered and/or bottled water, high quality linens, and both bath and beach towels. A hair dryer is availble on request.

The Garden Casita......is a three bedroom self contained home surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. This home is situated just behind the main villa. On the main level there are two air conditioned bedrooms, one queen and one double. Also on this level is a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the second level is an outdoor living area with full bath. This area is partially covered and has a sunny lounge area as well. The views from this level are of the ocean filtered through the palm trees. Above this nestled under the palapa roof is a king sized loft bedroom. It is a very romantic and secluded bedroom and you feel like you are in a tree house. It has views of the town, coastline and ocean. The casita is very private and decorated with original art, high quality linens, and all the "extras". It is perfect for a family, a group of 5 and we have had many couples enjoy having this much space to spread out in.

Guest rooms...Both air conditioned guest rooms and are attached to the main house with private entrances. Both rooms have double doors which you can totally open to the ocean breezes and sounds of the waves.

Guest Room 1...has a sunny and shady area on the terrace overlooking both the pool and the ocean. The terrace has a hamock and lounge chairs with umbrellas. Sun or shade - it's your choice. There is a fresh air bathroom and outdoor shower. The shower is surrounded by a tall wall and greenery. It is fun to look up and see palm trees and the sky and at night the moon and stars. It has a small refrigerator, coffee pot and dishes for cold foods. Laying in bed you can see the ocean and feel the breezes. With folding doors you can open your room totally up to the outdoors and just relax.

Guest Room 2...has everything that guest room 1 has and more. It has 2 terraces. One in is front of the guest room and the other is off to the side. The front terrace has a rocking chair and a teak table and chairs. The side terrace is approximately 400 square feet and has both sunny and shady areas. There are lounge chairs to relax and sun and in the shaded sitting area are 4 large comfy curl up in chairs.  From this deck you can look up and down the entire coastline, watch the surfers and enjoy the fishermen as they bring in their fresh catches fo the day.  Located on this terrace are a full size refrigerator, wet bar, and coffee pot and dishes for cold foods.

Casa Campana has helped make our stay in Sayulita simply wonderful. We love the architecture of this home, the location and the wram and welcoming feeling. As I sit here on the balcony of the palapa, I can gaze out into the ocean and listen to the peaceful eb and flow of the waves. Back home in Denver and still waking up at night listening for the ocean . . . but not to be. We enjoyed every bit of Sayulita and your place on the beach created the perfect atmosphere. It is so special and your taste and personal touch gave every corner the "soul" that everyone is looking for when staying away from home. Thank you so much! I had a wonderful week renting your casita in March 2008. We (4 women) loved everything about Casa Compana from the beautiful pool, to the spacious rooms, views from the deck, the open air living with no bugs, the privacy, the location.
