Villa Cherimoya is perfect for those wishing to visit the sleepy yet bustling fishing/surfing village of Sayulita - Location - Location - Location - This villa is located in the tranquil "North End" neighborhood with Sayulita's wonderful white sandy beach just a 3 minute walk away. Exploring the village and great beachfront restaurants are just a short flat 10 min walk away along the palm lined beach. Most guests choose not to rent a car as everything is within walking distance!
Villa Cherimoya (The Custard Apple) features two master-bedroom-bathroom suites with air conditioning, terrace with private salt water splash pool (heated), open living and dining room with treetop views toward the ocean, plus a study with pull out sofa bed, air conditioning and private patio. The villa has a state of the art UV water purification system, so no bottled water required. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. There is off street parking and maid service from Monday to Saturday. The villa is best suited for up to 4 guests or 2 couples with a maximum of 5 people with 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and the sleeper sofa in the study.
Enjoy views of swaying palm trees with gentle breezes while soaking in the pool or soaking up the sun in one of the comfortable lounge chairs. Guests may spend the evenings sipping margaritas while watching the sunset. RENTAL RATES
Villa Cherimoya - best suited for up to 4 guests or 2 couples (maximum 5 people)
• HIGH SEASON (mid-October - May) $1400/week - Weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday only
• LOW SEASON (June - mid-October) - $1120 per week / $160 per day -3 night minimum, flexible days
Additional Reservation Info: Deposits and refunds
• Responsible party must be at least 25 years of age
• All reservations require a deposit of 50% in order to hold the reservation. The balance of the rental charge is due one month prior to your arrival
• If you cancel a reservation and we can re-book the villa, we are happy to refund your deposit. If, however, we cannot re-rent the villa, we will not refund the deposit

Perfect combination of location, comfort, and luxury
The house is beautiful, perfect combination of luxury and comfort, and well attended. We stopped in PV on our way and got some supplies for breakfast--so our morning routine consisted of cooking up some bacon with and serving it with some fresh fruit. Then we would head two blocks down to the beach. After a few hours of sun, we would take the short walk into town for dinner at one of the many quaint little restaurants. I stayed with my 11 and 16 year old daughters and they enjoyed the deck and the pool and the privacy of their own room and bathroom.

Our Second Stay
This year was our second trip to Sayulita and we once again enjoyed Villa Cherimoya as our home for two weeks of sun and relaxation. We are a small family of 4 and find the house perfect for our needs. The pool provided hours of entertainment for our 7 year old son and 3 year old daughter, while the fenced yard was our favorite place to hang out in the afternoon. Villa Cherimoya is very well kept and we love the modern style. The hillside location catches the ocean breeze so it is comfortable even hen the beach gets too hot to handle. We did not even need a car as the beach is 5 minutes walk away and the town less than 15 minutes. Jose is a wonderful caretaker and came every morning to make sure we were well looked after.
