Most are 3BR, each has a pool right outside its doors, is seconds from the beach, and is fully furnished with daily maid. Master bedrooms all have king size beds and enclosed bathrooms, and in most 2nd & 3rd have either queen or two twin beds. Kitchens fully furnished, and beautiful tile BBQ grills are right out the door.
Each individual house is great for vacations for a family, and multiple houses for larger reunions, weddings and other groups. Wedding and party planning available. Brisa del Mar: Brisa del Mar is steps from the beach. You look out at beach and ocean from living room sofas, and from the great furnished palapa patio built out on the beach side. Out the back door a beautiful shared pool. There are built-in sofas that are comfy and sturdy enough to double as beds in a pinch, a fully equipped kitchen with refridge, oven & stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, as well as a dining tables both inside and outside on the patio, breakfast counter, and a washer and dryer.
Playa Amorosa: The 1st BR has a king bed + enclosed bathroom, 2nd BR a queen bed with a private bath, 3rd BR 2 twin beds (which can either be made up together as a king for a couple, or apart for singles), also with a private bath. Playa Amorosa has a large living room, and you look at the ocean when seated on living room sofa.
Copa de Oro: Copa de Oro now has two master suites, both with king beds and their own attached and private baths. One of the master suites has a small bed that is a great option for a young child. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and two single beds with a third bathroom just across the hall. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.
Sierra Azul: Sierra Azul is fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchen, dining tables both inside and outside on the patio. You'll also find built-in sofas which are comfy and sturdy enough to double as beds in a pinch, a fully equipped kitchen with refridge, oven & stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, as well as a breakfast counter, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Rosalera: Rosalera is fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchen, dining tables both inside and outside on a palapa patio. You'll also find built-in sofas which are comfy and sturdy enough to double as beds in a pinch, a fully equipped kitchen with refridge, oven & stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, as well as a breakfast counter, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
