Welcome to Villa Robalo in Sayulita, a stunning 4 bedroom home in the beachfront complex of Villas del Palmar.

Villa Robalo is located on the exclusive north side of town.  Villas del Palmar is a private, gated, beachfront community, with 24 hour onsite security.  You can't beat the location, 5 minute easy walk to downtown, but just far enough away to avoid the noise and the crowds. Enjoy your time in and around the large beachfront swimming pool, soak in the amazing sunset views, and make the most of the surf break, with perfect waves just steps away from your door.

Sayulita’s downtown, where you are treated to some of the best dining, shopping, and people watching in all of Riviera Nayarit, is only a 5 minute walk away. With everything Sayulita has to offer close at hand, and no steep hills to climb, this location simply can’t be beat.

Fully renovated in 2018 and brought to life with professional interior design adding warmth and contemporary Mexican finishes, Villa Robalo gets clean energy from an 18-panel solar array.

Villa Robalo features open-air living, with the lounging, dining and kitchen spaces open to enjoy the tropical environment making for a truly unique holiday experience. The sleeping and bathroom spaces are fully secured and air-conditioned for your ultimate privacy and comfort. There is wifi throughout the villa, and each suite comes with a beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels.  Our housekeeper comes in 5 days per week to clean and make sure you are comfortable.

Villa Robalo is a 4 bedroom home, consisting of 3 separate suites, perfect for groups travelling together. 

Robalo A, ground level, accommodates 4 people and has been designed with families in mind. It consists of one bedroom (queen bed) + a den with bunk beds (full-size bottom + single top). One fully equipped bathroom sits between the open flow from bedroom to den. You have a fully equipped kitchen, with sit-up bar for 4 people, a very relaxing lounge space and a spacious dining area. The ground level access is perfect for families who may have strollers and want simpler access to the pool and the beach.

Robalo B, situated on the second level, accommodates 4 people. It features two separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom. Each space locks off individually. The shared, open-air living space features two relaxing lounge areas for reading and taking advantage of the traditional daily siesta. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has 4 bar stools to enjoy social gatherings around the expansive kitchen island.

Robalo Penthouse is a gem, accommodating up to 3 people. Sitting high atop Villa Robalo, this is a massive, 2-level suite featuring a gorgeous lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with sit-up bar against quartz countertops, a dishwasher and all the conveniences and comforts of home. The top level features your own private rooftop terrace, perched high in the palm trees. The sounds and view of the ocean along with the birds and overall tranquility really make this a special space to relax and soak up the Sayulita experience. The secured, air-conditioned sleeping quarters feature a queen bed adjacent to a large sliding glass door for that peaceful, soothing open-air feel while being totally private. This space also features an ensuite bathroom and a separate den for lounging or catching up on email and maybe some Netflix time.  There is also a fold-out couch in there where a 3rd person could sleep. If you are vacationing with another couple, a truly unique feature of the Robalo Penthouse is the ability to rent it in tandem with Dorado Penthouse next door.
