Alchemize House in Sayulita

Between the breath work, Sauna and cold plunge, this place has it all. I will be back to reset the system every time I am in Town. In addition if you are new to this, the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Cant wait to go back. 🙏

Great venue and space, did a yoga class with Annik and it was incredible. The Sauna and cold plunge was also a cool concept after the yoga class.

Alchemize House has been the best addition to the Sayulita Wellness community! Every time I have visited I have had the most pleasant and welcoming experience. Alchemize offers a wide variety of classes with the option for 30 minutes of sauna and cold plunge use at the end, included in the price of the class! This is such a great feature especially after a good yoga or Pilates class. I am so happy Alchemize has come to Sayulita and has created such a beautiful, relaxing and supportive space for members of the community to spend their time. I love going here with my friends and taking advantage of the day pass hours to sauna + cold plunge and work on my laptop in between my circuits! I highly recommend giving the Alchemize House a try! I can’t wait to go back!

The wellness space that sayulita needed!! This space is absolutely beautiful and my favorite place to hangout in sayulita to work + use the wellness facilities! The owners, Dana and rave are incredible, very knowledgeable, and all things health and wellness (especially their specialty of breath work)! This place has been intentionally created to not only provide the beautiful facilities of yoga, sauna, and cold plunge, but also to foster a sense of community! I got the monthly membership and have been hanging out here everyday 🤩😍 all the classes are 10/10 - the teachers are amazing! I have come here everyday for over a month, and have no plans of stopping that routine🤩

Re: PRICING: Alchemize house classes, memberships, & day passes are such a good deal for what you get, too!
For example, an "ice bath experience" at a hostel in town is 400 pesos (~25 USD) for sitting in a bucket in a hostel lobby for ~5 minutes lol. And there's a sauna in town which is around 700 pesos for 30 minutes! Alchemize house is THE best spot to hangout, cowork, use sauna and ice bath, and meet cool, like-minded wellness focused people!

Alchemize house is one of my favorites spots in all of Sayulita. I have been going 5x a week for the past month. They have a good blend of yoga, breathwork, and meditation classes both in the morning and evening, all with an additional 30 minutes to hang out in the sauna and ice bath afterwards.

In the middle of the day, they offer free flow, which is great for coworking, hanging with friends in the yoga space or pool, and of course sauna and ice bath access as well.

The owners Rave and Dana are both are amazing people focused on curating an amazing community of people focused on health, wellness, and good vibes. I look forward to going each and every time.

My first ten days at Alchemize House have been amazing. After finishing a practice like yoga or breathwork in a group setting, I often want to stay and socialize with the people that I just went through an impactful experience with. So many businesses make this difficult because the room needs to be used for other services, but here it is not only allowed, it's actively encouraged and the sauna and cold plunge are both physically beneficial and great activities to socialize around. The facilitators are excellent and being here feels like doing what humans are built to do.

This is my new favourite place in Sayulita! It combines hot and cold therapy (through a sauna and ice bath) with daily wellness classes (Yoga, Pilates, Sound Baths, Breathwork) and a space to co-work. It has quickly become my go to place to hangout with friends, attend classes and get some work done while also energizing my body through hot and cold therapy! So excited that this place is now in Sayulita, would highly recommend everyone checking it out.

This hidden gem exceeded my expectations.

The Breath & Ice class with Rave & Dana was life changing to say the least. From starting with an open and honest share of the fears that we were feeling to breathing through our emotions was so freeing. I had a lot of emotions come up in class and both Rave & Dana held space, made me feel safe, and gently guided me to a place of peace.

Post-breathwork my friends and I enjoyed the sauna, got to experience the cold plunge together and lounged in the pool enjoying the view.

It started with the Breathwork and I came back for the Pliates, Yoga, Sound Healing and Dance.

This place is a vibe and the perfect nervous system reset. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!
