PAZPORT SURF SCHOOL ~ LESSONS

Pazport Surf School specializes in small, personalized classes to help you learn to surf in a fun, safe environment. We do only one-on-one and small group lessons, and we make sure every student gets all the help they need to have the best experience in the water. We will only take students into good conditions for learning, for example scheduling at optimal tide-levels and finding waves at other breaks if the waves in Sayulita are too big or too small, or even rescheduling if the conditions are just no good!

We can help beginner-intermediate surfers advance to the next level, with good advice on turning, reading the waves and technical tips. Lessons for this level of surfer can take place in Sayulita or other area breaks, depending on the swell/conditions.

Lessons last from 1 and a half to 2 hours, depending on how long students want to stay in the water, and include the board, leash and rash-guard. Students may also rent boards at a discount, for hourly, daily or weekly rentals. We also offer many great package specials that include rentals and lessons.

Pazport Surf in Sayulita is owned by local surfer Carlos “Kayuco” Cecena. Carlos has been surfing for more than 16 years and has been teaching lessons in Sayulita for the last 5 years. He is known for being a patient, careful and professional instructor. Lessons are also taught by his partner, Lily, who has been teaching in Sayulita for the last 2 and a half years; she is available by request for those looking specifically for a female instructor.

One-on-one, private class: $60 (U.S. Dollars), Two students: $100, Three or more students: $40 each *

PAZPORT SURF SHOP ~ RENTALS

Pazport Surf Shop in Sayulita offers a great selection of quality rentals for surfers. We specialize in performance fiberglass and epoxy fun-boards and long-boards, and we also have a selection of fishes and short-boards. Email us if you have a specific size/style of board in mind; we can reserve your board before you arrive.

We offer some of the best prices in Sayulita: $20/day or $100/week for nice boards in good condition.
* We also offer the option to change your board, should the conditions change or you decide you’d like something different!
We also have great boards for learning and beginner-intermediate surfers: soft-tops, foam boards and beginner epoxy boards. We offer some boards at a discounted price, for those travelling on a budget or looking for a good price on a long-term rental.
We rent boogie-boards as well: $10/day or $50/week

PAZPORT BOAT TOURS

We have a 23 ft panga, fully equipped with cushions & canopy, GPS, life-jackets and snorkeling & fishing gear. We do tours to the Islas Marietas, snorkeling, whale-watching, surfing and fishing charters. Boat trips are $200 (U.S. dollars) and normally last about 4 hours, but can go up to 6. We will provide surfboards for our surf-tours, at the low-price of $10 per board!
