Casa Marea in Sayulita is a new and luxurious home in the quiet neighborhood of Gringo Hill. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa is close enough to walk to the beach and central Sayulita but sits far enough back to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Casa Marea has a backup generator and Starlink internet for uninterrupted comfort. Welcome to your ultimate home away from home.

All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom & showers which made the place even more comfortable for our group.
The location was perfect because it’s a little bit up the hill but still very close to town. This is ideal for sleeping because the noise levels from town can get a bit louder on weekends, but we slept great here.
We were very glad we rented a golf cart, you could definitely walk but there is some steep hills. Plus it’s just fun to ride around in a golf cart and made running quick errands/food runs easy!
We also utilized a lot of Breanne’s recommendations that came in handy- for airport pickup, restaurants, golf cart rental and doctor. It made it so easy to already have these contacts in hand.
If you’re looking to stay in Sayulita, especially for a small group, you’ll definitely be happy here. 😊
Although there was a pool, we didn’t use it because the beach is just a short downhill walk away. I would recommend finding the secret staircases in town to cut down the walking time! On some days we splurged and got a golf cart which is fun to have, especially for weekends.
The house had so many nice touches: outdoor shower near the pool, lots of greenery inside and outside, plenty of hangers, shelves, and hooks to store towels, clothes. Water pressure was amazing, and it actually got so hot which was awesome.
Rooms were thoughtfully decorated with items from local artists. Kitchen was super well stocked. We didn’t really cook tho!
The two hosts are super friendly and attentive and left us with many recommendations.

In terms of the vacation rental, everything was spotless, and had everything we needed, with good Wi-Fi and good AC. Also, Breanne what is an amazing host, may check in and check out super easy. My partner and I also appreciated that she had so many recommendations and accommodations. I asked her a couple of times for some recommendations of things I needed, and she was extremely helpful. Lastly, I really appreciate it how responsive and polite she was. I would definitely return and recommend this place.
