Casa Sofía in Sayulita is a stunning three-bedroom, three-bath beachfront home offering space, privacy, and spectacular ocean views. Perched on Sayulita’s exclusive south-side hill, this two-story villa combines traditional Mexican craftsmanship with contemporary design to create a luxurious yet relaxed coastal retreat—just steps from both the beach and village.
Built with Catalan-style vaulted ceilings, Spanish arches, palapa roofs, and hand-painted Talavera tiles, Casa Sofía embodies the artistry and warmth of Mexico. The home is tastefully decorated with Mexican art, textiles, and crafts collected from across the country, bringing color and authenticity to every room.
On the upper level, you’ll find the main living spaces: a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a comfortable living room, and a bright bedroom suite. Through wide French doors, the entire floor opens to a spacious ocean-view terrace shaded by a grand palapa, ideal for alfresco dining or lounging in the sea breeze.
An internal staircase leads to the lower level, where two additional bedroom suites, each with private baths, open onto a large covered patio with sofas, a dining table, and full ocean views. This level functions as an independent home of its own, complete with a small kitchen and dining area—perfect for larger groups or families traveling together who want to share space while maintaining privacy.
